*** Viewbie's Note : It has been noticed that a number of members just post smilies in the threads without any comments or whatsoveer, in spite of repested requests from the Dev Team not to do so. Its apparent that these members either do not care to follow the Rules or they simply dont read the Rules.

This is the last Warning.

Any other such post will earn an increase in warning level, after a customary PM, of the members not following IF Rules. There's no way out, you have to follow Rules.
