His feelings for Nidhi r deep rooted and m really glad to c tht he is really opening up infront of Nidhi. Nidhi is gradually seeing beyond his obvious affection care and concern beyond apparent f'ship!

yes , when i started writing this chapter , I was in fix how Ashu should react to this whole situation ...But eventually , I could not make him selfish , as i wanted to show him as good frnd ...Glad i succeeded in doing that 😃

i guess some ppl r hard-wired to end up like devdas.. however hard thy try thy cannot get over! guess his dad was one of those, having spent half of his life with his wife, he cudnt think of life without his wife..

bt Ashutosh did move on in life in a diffrnt way.. and i cant help bt think.. wat wud've happened of him had Nidhi not come back again in life.. wud he have wasted his life like his father!

I'm sorry I couldn't read your OS since the day I asked for links. But today as I posted my Chap in morning I got the time to read all the great work here. Should I say in one word It was Lovely. Liked the first part...their reminiscences, their introspection and the seed of love that i felt sprouting... deep buried down in their hearts. Lovely narration you have made nostalgia and present mingle in a way one feels like peeping in the past thru present. Great way to quote lines from "basket of life". The way you have potrayed Ashutosh's pain .I really felt poverty, helplessness and never ending hunger reeking from the words. 👏
