She is Madhubala Malik...

A woman who topped her college exams while working part time. She worked at beauty parlour and then would also take care of home.

A woman who has time and again shown selfless love towards her own and others.

A woman who respects life because she knows it hasn't come easy to her. Her mother had to fight for it, real hard. And more in one ways she is in debt of her mother that no bond, no relationship, absolutely nobody can break. Even if she wants something more than what her mother would ask her to do, she will do it!!!

This woman stood strong in front of a superstar because she believed he was wrong. This woman took all the insults of her to be mother in law because she thought Mukund was the one - her first close friend!

This woman fell in love... involuntarily...and ended up getting hurt...

BUT Life goes on..and our heroine knows that it goes on!!! She is strong, and she knows life is precious, meant to be respected.

Therefore, I have a problem

1. When people want to see her or want to show her as a confused, clueless , weak woman

2. Why does she need a man in her life right now???

3. Why is everything about sulbala and rishbala? Does she not have an identity of her own?

4. oh yeah, the girl has just become single .. let's get a man for her!! -- is that how we really think...

No she doesn't need RK right now ( at least not what he is right now)... and doesn't need any third person either just because he is around her ( no matter how nice)...

5. CVs - where is the sensible, strong , practical woman???? Are you telling us there is nothing in this world that a woman's life is worth besides waiting for some man to come into her life.. and start rejoicing the moment she is touched????

6. When most of us jump into arguments..do we even bother to understand the context ..or just blindly make it all about the man...oh yeah, she is a woman..who cares about her..her life is worth being a man's woman only?..is that it?????

Show me.. show me the woman of today...show me how they overcome their break ups..show me how a strong independent woman lives her life in a big city and makes it on her own...

Other characters in her life.. have made her happy at some point and have made her sad at other times.. which is fine.. show me.. how elegantly she deals with them.. she lets them back in her life..but how does she deal with them...Show me the woman who knows love and love alone..Show me a woman who can move on and yet not have bitter feelings.. Show me a woman who can move on because she loves life.. and is not tied to petty emotions..

Show me a woman.. who is a real woman.. Show me a woman whose identity is not linked to a man.. and please speak of a woman whose identity is not linked to a man!!!!

PS: Before you take offence to anything, be very sure of what you are taking offence to!!! and if you have the guts to take an answer only then bother to post your 'got offended' views..

@Rest, would be really glad to listen to any perspective .. for or against or neutral or otherwise.. anything

The attitude of the people has to change first towards women..Then soap makers will have some courage to show a different story...

I understand your sentiments. But none of this will be shown as this is a daily soap. Either she has to go back to her husband, or embrace the gangster with his kiddo. 🤢

😊 I know.. but my frustration is more on a cetain section of people.. who have to jump in every argument linking her to a man even if the discussion doesn't intend to talk about the man...

With CVs .. honestly don't have problems as their hands are tied.. Its a commercial play after all...

And yes, for some reason.. nothing sells as love sells .. belief of one true undying, uncompromising love sells..

So yeah.. i guess atleast we as audience are sensible and should talk the right thing where needed..

I can relate completely; nothing bothers me more when the creatives have inconsistencies based on their preferences, they make her strong when she has to do some speech and then the very next episode have her play the damsel in distress. I'd like it if she was just loudmouthed rude woman, even that would be preferable to a weak and unstable woman who needs a man in her life to give it substance.

True!!!... Its an amazing character if they let her be...

And I am not saying she has to become anti men.. no.. not even be bitter.. let them be on good terms.. explore other relationships...

Make Rishbala start afresh.. I would like that.. can they find a friendship first? Can sultan and Rishabh have a bond? Can MB and Sultan have a bond? .. What about other characters..

A woman does need a man in her life.. just as a man needs a woman.. but this is just PART of life and not THE LIFE itself..

So, if people can stop labeling everything as a desperate attempt to sell these petty emotions..

I very much like independant women who stay away from men and relationships (I am one of them 😆) but the theme of the show is dark love story so they cannot show Madhu moving on alone or befriending RK. Because that would eliminate the JUNOON part from their relationship which we saw today, do you get me?

Even i, as a Rishbala fan, want some space. I want RK to respect Madhu's choice and let her go and come back only when she wants. But the theme of the show is DARK which doesn't allow it.

Agree with you 100%.

In fact I thought Indian society is changing (For good) but when I read some of the comments I am shocked. My uneducated mother taught me to be independent. Without respect love does not exist and so called love in this show is fake, I would like to see Madhu rises without any mens help.

In todays episode Madhu was speechless, which is quiet natural as it is no use arguing with self-centered person. He will never listen and understand.

Hmm.. I agree with your point.. I am not saying don't let rishbala happen.. it has to happen and whether people want it or not.. that is what this story is about.. but right now I have problem with three things..

1. Stop showing her getting lost in his touch each time.. there's been an overdoes of that

2. Right now, I want her to be alone.. not thinking of romance..

3. For some people here.. to stop making a woman's life all about having a man..

Rest, I am fine with whoever she goes... but give her space first.. only then as a viewer I too will get over the murky stuff...but right now.. its like rubbing a paper again and again.. its creating repulsion for all the characters..

And I completely agree with you post today .. the one to CVs..
