Drashti's ancestors were Punjabi - CONFIRMED!

Hey guys! Drashti's ancestors were Punjabi. Drashti's brother Jaisheel confirmed it on twitter when a fan asked him the question. I thought I would share this with you guys! 😊

People were not believing me but I have always been damn sure about her Punjabi roots! And now its even confirmed.. 👍🏼 Good that you made a topic on it Preet :) she looks way more Punjabi than Gujju or anything else, even though she is closer to her mom's family.

Oh oh in fact I always thought that she was Punjabi because of her Muskaan character 😆😆

She IS Punjabi, but even if she hadn't been one.. I would've still loved her as much <3

I always thought she was punjabi from when she was in DMG to Geet. Mid way through Geet I found out she was in fact gujju- I couldn't believe it at first. She looks punjabi ! 😊
