Yes, Nidhi is magnanimous...I think it is a combination...one, being a doctor, she genuinely feels they have a responsibility to save a life...or at least to make her last days peaceful...and she senses that Ashutosh has the power to do that...so, she feels duty bound to do it...I know it sounds a bit utopian but then that is Nidhi for you...she is given to grand gestures...like the time she told Ashutosh that she wants to have his baby..right at the start of their relationship...

Secondly, I sincerely believe love has the power to elevate you...to make you a better person...when you are filled with love, you love the whole world...you want to make everyone happy...

Thirdly, Nidhi's faith in their love is unshakeable...like she said, she believes this to be something like a business tour!
