Thanks Pearl for the nice update.
What are Suchi's parents telling, when they say they are worried about her? The man to whom she was married publicly told she was his eleventh girlfriend. Yet they arranged her marriage with him. Why couldn't they tell her not to marry him then? They don't seem to have properly cared for her and so she is behaving in a directionless way which is only going to give her emptiness later.
Interestingly Prabha makes a good pair with her. He too had parents whom he didn't respect. Despite the fact that his parents ensured that he got all the comforts when he was young, he didn't have the adequate love from them with which only he could have become a more responsible person. He doesn't seem to be responsible. Otherwise he would have been more caring, compassionate, tender and understanding to his wife. He needs all the ego feeding from Suchi. No doubt both of them were attracted to each other earlier and the adage 'like attracts like' holds true.
