OK... sane again😉
Anyways, my day started with my last exam finishing. Feel free to wish me a Happy Independence Day😳😉 Then I saw Kai Po Che (Dude...Sushant<3<3). All the way back home, I was jumping in my seat. Guess why? Because TBP was back at home, recorded for me. In the midst of all the Season 2 fever over the weekend, there was this one time at the end when this doubt crept into my mind. What if it doesn't live up to the expectations? But FAR from that happened. Because OMFG...TBP Season 2 Pilot, in Piddi's new college lingo, ROCKED!!!!!
Where do I start from? Pehle my original buddies I guess. Unki entries!!! So smooth & perfect. I saw such amazing screenplay<3<3
Piddi - The minute I saw him with the arti in his hand & the "Junglee" stone in front of him, I wanted to go & hug the CVs. Deja Vu anyone? One thing which remains the same from the Season 1 Episode 1 & Season 2 Episode 1 is Piddi's Junglee "Bhakti". They've kinda changed his hairstyle, & I lurve it😉 Vaise school ho ya college, Piddi will never change. Wearing his school uniform again🤣 Though one thing is changed. He's the new KARATE KID on the block😆😆😆 Talk about unexpected. Haan...the spoiler was there, but still. I am also glad that KiDi are still bhais<3<3. There friendship is as heartwarming as ever.
I had kinda been worried about him. Between KiSha, RaHi, RanSh & the new Buddies, I didn't know where he would fit in. But I am no more. CVs made sure he left his "Piddi chaap" in the epi in his own way, & I'm sure he will continue to do so😉
KD - OH. MY. GOD. AAAHHH!!!!! This KD phangirl needs a minute guys😉 Mera Stoneface KD, he is truly BAAACCKK!!!! IMO...one of the biggest screw ups for KiSha was the jail track. Uske baad KiSha, KD & Kiya weren't the same. Some shades I liked, & I always loved THEM, but ...they completely changed KiSha from the way I loved them in the start. Lekin the KD in the car, he was the one I originally fell in love with. Oozing sexy & attitude, & the "I take no one's sh*t" KD. The only difference this time...he does it legally & without any funny business. He uses his intelligence & brains for the right reasons, as JJ taught him And I'm quite hopeful about the fact that we won't have to see the majnu KD again. Yeah...we saw that he still has a soft corner for...you know who😉 Nevertheless, he has convinced himself to move on. Which works totally fine with me. I don't want love shove right now, I want my Twin Flames KiSha, & I see a very good chance of getting "Mood Nahin Hai" type scenes in this new season😉
RaHi - First of all, I loved how the scene moved from KD to RV. Loved the editing👏 Anyways...their entry was AWESOME!!! And just the way it should be, with them being BFFS. I'm not a great fan of RaHi or anything (not that I ever disliked them), but I found them adorable, & exactly how RaHi should be, starting from the match to Panchi scolding Ranveer regarding KD, to their friendly banter. Ranveer looked HOT in white & Panchi...I LOVE her new look<3<3 Her dungarees & curls!!!! She looks beautiful. I think my favourite part in the whole RaHi seq was when Panchi was opening her heart about her insecurities & her determination to change things from the way they were in school. THIS was missing in RaHi IMO. But that scene was really well written. There was no lambe chaude, dramatic dialogues going over my head. It was a realistic, casual but deep monologue, which perfectly showed Panchi's character growth from an insecure schoolgirl, to someone who's ready to take on the big, bad world in a fresh start. Ranveer has one goal now...beating KD, as is vice versa. Damn...it hit them real hard Well...bring it on!!! I'm totally ready for some fiery tashan😉

Kiya - Pehle toh I had the huge satisfaction of seeing Chudail-ya burning like a volcano over Kiya's success. OMG..her face when she realised that the call was for Kiya & not her!!! Ha...IN. YOUR. FACE Anya😈 Uske baad my diva's entry!!!! Hayye...I LOVED IT<3<3. Once again, the old Kiya, who was such a "...". Again, this time, there's a difference in that too. She puts it on for the right people. "Just who do you think you are?" "Sweet"🤣 Go meri chicklet!!!! Also...Kiya looked gorgeous. I love her hair...straightened & with flicks She looked so hot in blue. Like a rockstar. Which she is now Which seems to be why Mrs G has changed sides. Like...seriously???? *eye roll* Anyways...if it makes things easier for Kiya, I don't really mind. I am dying for her to meet KD. Damn...they didn't show her reaction to him in the precap. Never mind...it'll be a complete surprise now😉
I loved the RA uniforms, but its so awesome seeing the Buddies wear casuals. Ranveer's orange jacket was super cool😎 He totally, totally rocked it!!! Panchi looks great in pink, but it was nice seeing her in another colour dress. She looked sweet, simple & adorable<3 My diva so looked like a diva I really do love her flicks. I loved her white dress, except the big bow thing on her shoulder. She looked hot!!! And looks like Kiya's hot pink bag has been replaced by a white one😆 Kiya-Ranveer-Panchi entering college together...Eeps!!! KD...good heavens, he was in BLUE!!!! My favourite EFFING BLUE!!! *Has another phangirl moment*. Plus, it was one of those fitting shirts which totally showed off his biceps. Yummy☺️ Piddi...he looked do damn GOOD. I sach mein love his new look. Nikhil is hot!!!

Avi - Dude...Check. That. Avi!!!! He totally oozed style<3 I must say, based on the first episode, great casting & a great new addition to the team in terms of characterisation. His entry was DHASU. Haan...he knocked down my man, but well...no issues at all. Things have changed. Royal mein RanSh mein have ruled the roost, but here they are small fry. The first epi was making them, AND us, realise that. But seriously...meri taraf se THUMBS UP dude👍🏼!!! Dhinchak first impression pada. All the curiosity & impatience was so not wasted😉
Omi - I remember the article saying that like Avi, Omi too is rich, but not stylish. That had me confused. I get what it was saying now. Honestly...for some reason, tapori types don't go down well with me. But for some reason, Omi bloody well did!!! Maybe it was just the TBP magic First impression...again, DHINCHAK!!! Totally enjoyed his scene. BTW Maisy, he hit on Panchi😉!!! I loved how CVs manged that without him sounding all leery or sleazy. "Toffee chahiye"😆. Loved his confrontation with RV too. BTW...you guys notice how both RV & KD's first reaction to the the seniors was to raise their fist😆😉 Anyways, verdict on Omi...👍🏼 again.
And now coming to our very, own very hot...RANSH!!!! Hayye...woh ek nazar, & I went latoo<3 Aur precap ki toh baat hi mat karo. BIKE RACE!!! SO. EFFING. HOT!!!!
I had to fan myself when I saw them walking in their tashan mode & sitting on those bikes. As it is, I have a weakness when it comes to hot guys & hot bikes☺️ I hope my heart is strong enough to see these two in the same frame. I don't want to wait for tommorow!!! I remember when TBP had begun, I went so crazy waiting for the second epi. Like total wala crazy. I am feeling that now again. Like I would fast forward the hours of the day to 6 pm tommorow if I could<3
I missed my KiSha. But this is just the first epi. And it was goddamn freaking AWESOME!!!!! I am totally dying to see how this season unfolds. Here's to a new beginning & a new TBP!!!!
