A few days ago producer Boney Kapoor accused Himesh Reshammiya of stealing his song 'Tanhaiyaan' which is currently being aired in the promos of the latter's debut film trailer Aap Ka Suroor. Himesh on hearing this charge against him cleared the facts saying that he had composed 9 songs for Boney for his film Milenge Milenge starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. However Tanhaiyaan Himesh claimed that the studio charges were all borne by him and hence the song belonged to him only. wasn't one of the songs bought by Boney. Himesh admitted that Boney was offered the song but since it didn't fit into the film, he decided to use it elsewhere.

A lot of producers have songs done for their movies that do not get on the screen but nevertheless are the songs associated with that Movie.

Boney Kapoor has maintained Integrity, Respect and the Film Industry's Goodwill throughout his career in the Industry regardless of whether his movies have done well or not. HR, on the other hand has a long way to go to establish these three virtues that ultimately raise you above the rest, especially in this Film industry. HR's manipulative practices are known to all who watched C2005.

I would seriously doubt HR's credibility here !! My POV - Believe it or not !! KDNBKD !!
