nice post.i have no idea of hindu rituals but legally i think they r still married.by removing mangalsutra and by by just saying dat i unweds u,a marriage dnt gets nullified

Even as per Hindu rituals they cannot be called married as they never performed the rituals in a correct way. For getting married 7 pheras are essential and he didn't do that and neither did he go for registering the marriage, so it was more of emotional bonding than marriage.
