The sun rays stirred khushi from her deep sleep and she woke up missing the warmth of her husband arms around her ,it was their daily routine for khushi to wake up seeing arnavs face a small smile at his lips and those eyes that drive her mad,the eyes she can drown into and the eyes that only and only have unconditional love and affection for her,she got up in full mood to reprimand her laad governor for letting her miss seeing his face the first thing in the morning thinking he had went for his morning jog ,she straightened up on the bed and saw his jogging showes laying at their usual place ,if arnavji hasn't went for jogging then where he is frowned khushi,she got up to move to the poolside thinking
"zaroor wahin honge apne doosre pyaar ke paas,kahin baari to humein inn bechara paudhoin se bhi chid hone lagti hai,ek yeh aur ek inka laptop inka pehla pyaar hamara no toh najaane kitni baad mein aata hai".
She was done with her monologue and as she got up anher feet touched the ground she exclaimed "what the"as her feet didn't touched the ground because the whole way from the bed till the poolside was adorned with rose petals,shocked she followed the path ,she reached the poolside but was unhappy to not find her arnavji there,thinking he again did this to rile her up she was about to move back but her foot stepped at something,she knelt to see what it was and opened it to find a box and as soon as she opned it she exclaimed
"JALEBIS"
She was about to take a bite when she spotted a paper on the the undercover of the box,she smacked herself for her childishness that she has been so excited seeing the jalebis she has forgotten that she was angry at someone and noticing the handwriting on the paper she was sure it was her laadgovernors writing who according to her was upto some of his teasing section with her completely unaware what her arnavji has planned for her
She opened and read the contents of the letter which said
"takraar se lekar pyaar,har khyal ka kiya hai humne yahan izhaar,toh kyun naa aj karein kuch purano lamho ko yaad"
Khushi woud sure have fainted hadn't the excitement to see what lays head and the gitters she still felt weren't holding her back seeing her laad governor doing shyari (poetic).
"dil se dil ke jude hai taar par yaad hai who pal jab miley them hum pehli baar ,gusse aur galatfehmi thi darmiyaan par bas gaya tha dil mein tumhara khyaal"
Now this was something that kkgsr jas never ever imagined in her wildest of dreams ,what was happening she cannot understand ,she turned the paper back and forth but there was nothing else written on it ,she kept reading again and again and then it clicked
Yaad hai who pal jab miley the hum pehli baar
Ofcourse she remembered the fateful day when she fell into the arms of his knight in shining armour
"hum pehli baar sheeshmahal mein miley the par uska aur is paheli min kya samanta,soch khushi soch pata nahi aaj arnavji ko kya hua hai ,par agar yeh unka koi naya paintra hai toh hum bhi haar nahi manenge kyunki agar who arnav singh raizada hai toh hum bhi khushi kumara gupta singh raizada hai.
Gusse aur galatfehmi thi darmiyaan,par phir bhi bas gaya tha dil mein tumhara khyaal .
She remembered how he has broken the pearls of her dori that night but then he has replaced that with the beautiful memory of giving her pearl necklace too.
Waah khushi yahin hoga and thus she sprinted towards her cupboard and took out the box in which lay her pearl necklace
Hey devimaiyya,ek aur paheli,yeh laad governor ko hamare saamne aane to do
The other message was
" not bad kkgsr but yeh bahut asaan tha,koi bhi guess kar sakta hai dekhte hai tum yeh waala pehchaan paat ho ya nahi
"pehli baar pada tha main kamzor aur diya tha tumne sahara,tum hui thi pareshaan par uske baad di thi tumne mujhe najaane kitne saaloin baad meri pehli muskaan".
Meri pehli muskaan these words and she didn't even knew to think for even a slight second ,how can she ever forget the sprinkling laughter of her arnavji,how adorable he had looked at that time,she didn't knew why she had felt like that at that time but now she knew that his smile was the reason she lived for ,her life started and end at him and now she didn't wanted anything else but to run into his arms her home that was but for that she needed to solve this as soon as possible.
Par arnavji pehli baar yahin tu muskaraye the,aur yahan tu kuch bhi nahin hai ,soch khushi soch
"pehli baar hua tha main kamzor aur diya tha tumne sahara"and it came to her the sight ,tears came to her eyes thinking how helpless she has felt seeing arnavji in that condition in the kitchen when he has fainted and she hadn't known what to do ,she coundt bare to see him like that ever hell she could die if that meant saving him from a single scratch ,she wiped her tears and sprinted towards to the kitchen to get the next answer which led her to arnavji.
She searched the whole kitchen and there she found a box near her jalebi batter container"hey devimaiyya ek aur box ab ismein kya hai chane"
But to her astonishment there lay nothing but a key in that box with another message which read
"aathoin pehar dil pe hai taale.woh jo tumne itni asaani se todh daale"
That was only what the next message read
Reading this khushi blushed remembering how she had teased her that day on her jijis sangeet but she has been able to make him smile and was herself surprised that how she noticed each and every single thing about him.how he had cornered her near the guest room and he has flirted with hershe flushed at the memory but what key it Is off too
Khushi thought deeply holding the key in her hands ,thinking which lock it was to and then she walked towards the guest room where he had corned her
"haan khushi yahin hoga" assuring herself she opened the door and found a gift wrapped placed comfortably on the bed.
She opened it to find a lock and there come the use of key,trust his asr mind to work even in these sitiuations,khushi thought but then isn't that also she loved about him,heck she loved each and every thing about her laad governor,she again smacked herself before she again gets lost in her thoughts and quickly opened it to find a beautiful red saree with matching accessories and there lay another message.(imagine the saree sanaya wore in star pariwaar awards exactly like that).
"khushi get ready and wear what is there aur mohan se kaho tumhe meri bataayi hui jagah par chod de""khushi get ready and ask mohan to drop you at the place I told him)
She did was was said as now her patience level was giving up,she couldn't wait to see him,it has been over 12 hours and that is the longest she hadn't seen him since they got married again
She quickly dressed up and couldn't help but blush and feel proud of her husbands taste who knew what suited her the best,she told mohan to drive her to the destination not before saying at the earliest,though mohan the driver pay heed to his boss and drove at the normal speed who very well knew her wifes antics.
They reached and if khushi was surprised before now she was shocked would be an understatement that they arnav has called her to this place it was an orphanage but what was she doing here,before she could even think mohan handed her one more box which held a rose and another message
"ek dard jo rahega hamesha hamare saath par jab ho humsafar ka saath to woh ban jaata hai ek khushnuma yaad".
She cldnt control as tears spilled from her eyes knowing ex actly what he meant,they both have felt the loss of parents at such an early age and they both shared each others pain and they knew that though it will always be there with them till the end but their being together has lessened the pain a lot.
So as on cue she stepped into the orphanage where a lady who was the manager theregreeted her and showed her the entire orphanage ,she saw the kids and when she saw them playin,laughing,studying she knew that these people were npt devoid of all the neccessites on life though the loss of parents was something no one can fill she was lost in her thoughts and her trance was broken by the voice of the manager
"so mrs raizada,I hope aapko sab kuch thik laga aur kuch kami hot oh bata dijiye aaapki suggestions ko immediately effect mein laya jaayega.mr raizada ne bataya tha aap aaj aane waali hai
For khushi this day was turning out more eventful than she had ever imagined first the riddles and now this lady was asking her views about the orphanage
Arnavji aap unhe jaanti hai
Mrs raizada aap bahut acha mazaak kar leti hai,main jaanti hum mr raizada ko kaun nahi jaanta
,woh pichle kahin mahine se ispar kaam kar rahe hain,unhone har chotti si chotti cheez ka dhyaan rakha hai yahan par,aur aap itna chauk kyun rahi hai aapne aatein waqt naam nahi pada
And then it clicked to her she has been so lost that she hasn't even bothered to see the name carefully,she has just read the orphanage part then read the message and has rushed in
Now when she read she knew it was all her arnavji doing,it read
"khushiyon ka aashiyaana"
She clutched the rose tightly in her hand ,the respect has knew no bounds now as khushi saw the hard work and the noble thoughts her husband has put into this,how blessed she is to get a man like him in her life only she knew and therefore promising the children there to return again soon she went and without any word and sat in car,mohan the driver was warned beforehand about not to ask any question as arnav has given him all the instructions before.
Who knew her wife better than him
Khushi hadn't known when the car has stopped until she spotted devi maiyaas mandir(temple).
She has been so lost in thinking about how her life had changed for only better since arnavji has entered her life,she had forgotten what life means without him and she knew she never ever want to know as she cant exist without him,without him her existence led no meaning.
