That dialogue reminded me of when he tells Megha in the lift bilkul beti pe gayi hai. It might be an indication that RJ is Meghan daughter. But cvs are known to forget these things in future tracks. Just as in ssn1 Mohan takes Amar's gift to Megha and then there was no mention of it. They had forgotten the main usp of the show bachelor weds a widow. So this dialogue might be thrown in to throw us off.

I think he just said it because he saw some similarities. Although we see Megha seeing similarities of Addu in RJ. It's just something he said..
