dabangg 2 has collected Rs 77 crore in 4 days at the box office (Fri 21 cr, Sat 19 cr, Sun 25 cr, Mon 12 cr). The film has an outside chance of crossing the 100 crore mark on Christmas. But the big cricket match between India and Pakistan and extreme cold in North India, might affect the evening and night shows today.

It's Salman Khan competing with himself at the top spot – as his last two releases were the fastest films to cross 100 crores. While Bodyguard took 7 days to join the 100 crore club, Ek Tha Tiger managed to do so in less than 6 days. The rest are not even close – 3 Idiots took 9 days, Ra One last year surpassed the 100 cr mark in 11 days.

The Ek Tha Tiger tiger record won't be broken, but Dabangg 2 is likely to equal the record.
