The topic of my post later. First, lets get done with Asad and Zoe.
One thing is more than definite. Zoe CANNOT live without Asad's attention. She craves his attention and she wants to be pampered by him, to be taken care of by him. Like everyone else does for her - to give her the Princess treatment. Zoe's secret barter was a glaring example of that. To sit in Jahanpanah's chair, to feel how he feels sitting ion that chair, to give orders like him, make faces over cleanliness and hygiene and go micro-attentive on the coffee mug's good looks. Zoe has no realization that Asad is seeping so deep into her.
She drops the pizza deliberately , acts all pricey, hoity-toity , fastidious , Miss.Snowbiatch Snob because she wants Asad's reactions, his attention , all concentrated on her and only her. There are a million things she could have asked him for in the barter of secrets. Ask him to say sorry. Ask him to return her beloved earring. But what did she ask for? Asad's time and Asad's attention.
As for Asad, well, Zoe evokes the intense and passionate man inside him by exciting and irritating him on the masculine-feminine levels.Asad is not the kind at all who will grab a woman by her arms, close the distance between them and hold her by the neck to threaten her life. But Zoe makes him that aggressor. Her kiddish threat of calling up Phoophi and telling her about his night-endevours provoked Asad into getting physical and menacing with her. And it was not all anger and threats. Asad's self-repulsive attraction towards her and Zoe getting intimidated by his physical proximity and speechlessness were on a roll.
But do Aasd and Zoe realize it? Does Zoe know that why she stalks Asad for attention all the time? Does Asad know that its a labyrinth of attraction-revulsion that he feels towards Zoe?
NO. Zoe goes on a 'My Jahaanpanah is James Bond' trip while Aasd puts on his Ray Bans and goes to save his little brother.
Anyway, enjoy the intensity till AsYa get some flashbulbs in their brains. Asad threatening Zoe was all fire and steam.
Now, for the topic of my post. Well, Asad , no matter how much he loves Zoe tomorrow, he will not even think twice before sacrificing himself and Zoe when it comes to putting AsYa in the backburner for Ayaan. Asad's life is tied to Ayaan and if Asad has to give up Zoe for his happiness, Asad will give up Zoe. If Zoe doesn't love Asad, she will be at least saved from a lifetime of misery.
