Then upload the pic from your PC there.

Then copy the pics from there and paste it here!

For the videos, click on 'forum codes' below your reply box and copy this: [YOUTUBE]File Name[/YOUTUBE]

Delete the 'File Name' part and paste the URL of the youtube video in its place! Then post!
