'I don't have the heart to call Gaurav's dad'

... says Narayani Shastri, after Gaurav Chopra and she were voted out of Nach Baliye

Narayani Shastri is upset after she was voted out of Nach Baliye on Star One along with partner Gaurav Chopra. "I participated in the show mainly because I love dancing and because I'd heard a lot of good things about the show last time. But this time, there were many changes and surprises thrown at us last minute," she says. But, Narayani is quick to add, "But I'd rather put this behind me and move on. That's how I am. I don't want any one thing to impact my life so much. It's okay if something disturbs you for a while, but not for too long. You have to snap out of it. Gaurav of course is quite upset and he'll be in a better position to convey his thoughts." Incidentally, Gaurav's father had promised to come to Mumbai from Delhi and spend some time in the city if the two had won the dance competition. "Yes, Gaurav's father is very busy, but he'd promised to come to Mumbai. But now I haven't spoken to him. I don't have the heart to speak to him," says Narayani, who's currently doing one show Sanskaar on television. "I'm happy not being busy 30 days of the month," she says.
