Rima, there is no point in doing damage control now. Trust me, making such a post only serves to make things worse than better because, one group of people will always be considered worse than another. I, like you had tried this tactic in another forum and it was pointless. Ignoring negativity is the best way to go because it will just die down by itself.

only if i make personal attacks or comment on someone's personal life. for the past few weeks i ve been commenting only on barun's attitude towards his work & his show. i ve not personally attacked him or made snide comments bt his wanting to spend time with his wife. its the incessant preaching on this forum which irkes me. earlier there were posts calling those who dint sympathize or cry bt 200 ppl as insensitive. yes i dint cry coz i care & worry bt the actual 20+ ppl who report to me & their jobs & dont ve time to cry bt 200 ppl whom i dont even know. hence i posted on those threads which preached & told that if i dint cry then i am a horrible person.

as i said this forum doesn't need any policing or preaching. the more ppl preach the more ppl get frustrated. thats wat i meant wen i said allow the dust 2 settle & ppl ll automatically get on with their lives!

rima its a good thought and a decent question out there to the Forum -- who has crossed the decency line in respecting the other individual -- be the actors or be fellow IF members...

Rima we all have been wondering and hoping how all this started, how it all went down and when will it end. It's unfortunate but like I said, even now you can see that something like this won't help, however much you or anyone may want to try. It's an appreciated attempt though. As I stated before, it's time to ignore the negativity and just move on because even this thread can be taken wrongly according to a person's own thoughts and ego.
