There is no right or wrong. SP simply came out with the truth. There was no question of ending the show if Barun was not quitting. Barun himself cannot be blamed coz he has the right to decide what he wants.
Star Plus has always replaced lead actors when it felt the need to. But like each and everyone of us here in I-F SP too knows that Barun cannot be replaced👏. They were plenty of characters in Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and most of them were very strong. Replacing Smriti Irani wasnt a big deal. They were others like Hiten to take control. But in IPKKND there are not many characters. It is a close-knit family of very few members. A very petite and obedient Gopi Bahu could be managed by Debolina Chatterjee. But SP felt that even a Mr. India couldnt replace ASR. I think SP loved his work and thought he was irreplaceable.😳
How I wish the show didnt end. The last time I remember missing a show was when Kkavyanjali ended. But this show meant even more. 😭
