absolutely...actually its more like a match fixing business..

let me give u another thing..earlier TV industry still used to be flexible..No matter u dont hv talent but only good looks can give u role...

But Now entry in TV is very difficult. The PH is not fully allowed to do casting. The channel does it hitler role and pressurises PH to cast a particular actor. That is why we see some actors in the same channel most of times.

TV is no longer a joke. Gone are days wen ppl came to mumbai railaway station to become bollywood stars..not they come and directly reach balaji studios for audition for serials.

VERY DIFFICULT..TV not a joke at all
