Yeah I know what you mean Amy - I don't watch ALL of the nonsense either, but some of the scenes cannot be watched in isolation. Like today's scene. I was just saying that every other scene where Madhu confronts either Dips or MIL when she steps out of RK's bedroom doesn't have to be converted into a war zone scene with RK coming to rescue - tis all! But agree with JZ that the moment he comes into the frame either in his protective avatar or cynical avatar, the scene becomes entertaining 😆 He has the best dialogues ... 😃
LadyM is right about some scenes not really being understood if not watched in context...like Amy, I didn't post the scenes when RK goes to the police station to take back his case and get Maalik released...there is some context there as to why Madhu then comes back to the house and wants to talk to him and ask him why he did all this.
LOL LadyM, they WILL hype up the drama quotient in every scene where the vamp and the heroine face off...uske bagair toh soap101 not possible😆...
Btw speaking of the LTL parallels...lol there is one for every character in some sense...Bittuji is a limp version of Baaji...unflinchingly loyal to his Chief...Dips is a limp version of Kala...doesn't have that level of layering or flair to her...she's just shown as a one-dimensional despo lech dying to sleep with RK😆...Radha ji is deffo Aai Sahib-lite...same problem of pendulum-giri😆...Kukku+Sikki combined are substitutes for Sudharshan...the great Suds himself...who can beat HIM🤣...and the lead characters...not the same exactly obviously...but RK's been made larger than life by putting him in a movie background while Dutta's larger than life persona came from him being a don...Madhu also has the tragedy of being "unwanted" from her childhood with her own father trying to get her killed...similar to Nakusha who's name literally translated to the "unwanted"...in her case ofcourse they used the black color as basis for all her problems.
