A HEARTFELT APPEAL - Msg sent to Suzana Ghai @STAR

Fandom, I sent the following message to Suzana Ghai at suzana.ghai@startv.com last night. I hope she reads my mail!!!

Dear Suzana,

I do not know if you and the team at Star realize the popularity of IPK not only in India but worldwide. This has been an incredible show and I have been an ardent fan of the show since day 1 of its telecast. I have watched the repeats of the episodes and also watched the epic episodes over and over again on Youtube. Besides this, I have spent endless hours on India Forum discussing the highs and lows of the show.

Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani are two amazing actors and I have never ever been addicted to a show as I have been with IPK. The sizzling chemistry of Barun and Sanaya on screen together has been unparalleled, unmatched and I do not think we will ever see such magic on screen ever on India telly. They have done full justice to their characters and this is why the show has earned such massive fan following in India and most importantly Internationally.

I reside in Abu Dhabi and believe me even when I call up my Mom in India we end up speaking about IPK. My Mom is 75 and is a huge fan of Barun Sobti as well.

Ever since the news broke out of Barun leaving the show, I feel such a void in my heart. No Barun means no IPK!!!

Can you not do anything to retain Barun on the show? If all your efforts fail, please end the show as soon as possible with Barun and Sanaya as the main leads. Please do not get any new lead as Barun's replacement. It will be unbearable and heart wrenching to watch some other male actor take up the role of ASR.

It will be hard to bid goodbye to IPK, but I will live with the memories of the beautiful show and the two amazing bundles of talent called BARUN SOBTI and SANAYA IRANI who gave life to the characters ASR and Khushi.

Nice..ya no barun means no ipk n its totally unacceptable any new guy in k's life.

That's good, I had briefly written the same sort of thing. I said this could become a classic love story that we can share with future generations.

Hopefully she understands that this is one hell of an epic show to which people are hugely attached.

Replacemnt is not an option, in fact the only solution is to end it on a happy note.
