I am filing a lawsuit against Starplus and 4lions for Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress.

😆😆😆And u think u will win the case!?😆Madam,4 Lions and SP never told anybody to be emotionally attached to their shows that one will go into depression just because an actor is leaving the show.😆Even they can't help if an actor is leaving.If they had the power,trust me,till today,nobody would have dared to leave a show. They can cast people but they can't guarantee that an actor/actress works in the show till it's end.And it's clear Barun is not leaving the show because of certain Gul khan or a future track.He is leaving because he is 'fatigued' and 'bored' of working in tv industry for 3 and a half years.Haven't u read the new article?So why should the ph and the channel be sued?Instead Barun should be sued for not caring about the feelings of his fans who gave him so much love and popularity and has decided to leave the show because he is bored and fatigued.

But if for some weird reason you're serious, just letting you know you can't claim damages for "emotional distress" lol. Claiming damages usually don't include for disappointment and distress unless their contract was for the provision of enjoyment, entertainment or pleasure (which generally is highly unlikely)

Also you can't force them to continue the show for you (specific performance). Specific performance won't be ordered if it requires personal services because personal services depend on the goodwill of a performer

Yes...this is extreme...but as a consumer I have some rights.

I have discontinued my dish network Starplus channel and has specifically told them my reasons. Starplus will pretty soon know the consequences.

I am going to do the same soon. i took SP package for this IPK and now I dont watch it anymore

The originator of this post, have written her views in a light-hearted way. It is laments of a fan who felt short-changed. It is actually quite funny and not meant to be vengeful. It almost sounds like British-humour to me. Well done!!!!
