well he hated her as a back stabber,a girl whos a home wrecker. a women who was given respect and love by a family but she in return back stabs them by loving a married man who belongs to one of those family's womens. u know relationship with a single person is'nt a crime but with a married person means u r selfish and thinking abt urself only and not abt the person's wife and family, Arnav never kept an eye on some one eles's gf or wife so u cant compare them here. and btw... you believe in marriage thts why u r waiting for the right time but unlike u Arnav never believed in marriage so What on earth will stop him from sleeping with a women with whom he is in relationship? being in relationship for arnav meant everything , means end of all limits like being married is for u...so why he would'nt be sleeping around with his own girl with whom he was tht time??? on which bases? he never belived those values and traditions tht may help a normal person to prevent sex before time . and btw he was'nt shown tht saint in the start as well... the point is he is shown a man not a boy. where as khushi is shown a virgin coz she is a believer. so here ur point was to accuse Arnav as double standard but no he is not. and the proof is todays episode.
