Exactly, he did not cheat on her and I think Khushi accepts the fact he was most likely sexually active in his past. The thing that scares Khushi is the fact she could lose him, the mere thought is enough to shake her. Khushi and Arnav both need constant reassurance that they will never leave each other.

They will never show the kid is Arnav's because if they show then the story will be too complicated. I don't think the kid is Sheetal's also. She doesn't look like a protective mother at all.

It is a tricky track. And I guess social factors among viewers play a major role in handling this.

Though I have no issues about Arnav's past, I really didn't like the fact that he was offering a job for Sheetal. Yes, it is true to his character. Sheetal doesn't exist as a past to him. He has totally forgotten about it. But, he still fails to understand a woman. Though Khushi can accept the fact that Sheetal along with La was Arnav's past, she will never like Sheetal working with Arnav. They may show Khushi as childish and ignorant. But it is not real. No wife can accept husband's ex working with husband. Arnav needs to learn more about women's sentiments. A marriage is not just about love. It is also about understanding each others sentiments.

Instead of "bankelal", Khushi could have seriously lied about her past with some one else. Then it would have knocked some sense in Arnav.
