Happy Birthday Mr. Raziada...But today wel play a game with you 😉 A game in which everything is there but still there is nothing there. Yes it is your birthday but we will pretend it doesnt matter since it doesnt matter you. How will Mr. Raziada react to this you ask?
Well then let's start this week with this story shall we 😃
It begins where it all left off on Friday Khushi running from end of the house to the other to get things ready for her husband's first birthday after their second wedding! Anjali and Akash try to warn NK and her ki this is not a good idea since he doesnt like to wish anyone on their birthday and absolutely dislikes people wishing and making a big deal of his birthday but Khushi subtly and gently reminds them ki Di aapke Chote, Jijaji aapke Bhai aur Nanheji aapke Nannav Bhai is a changed man today. She is his wife his life, his better half and she believes that Love and marriage has changed Arnav Singh Raizada now. All those relationships and the truth of the past is left behind today and she feels her love for him and his love for her will make him want to celebrate tis very special day in their lives...her husbands first birthday after their wedding...where shel blow balloons for him, cook for him, pamper him and celebrate with him...she wants to be the perfect new bride for her perfect new groom...
Thank you whoever is reading that Kheer is not floating our boat and while we love Khushi in her Jalbei making avatar it's time to try some newer Mithai's available out there. So today's meetha item of the day is Nariyal ki Sugarfree Barfi! Chaliye dekhte hai inka swad kaise hota hai. 😆
Arnav walks in on Khushi making these plans and calls her to chat with her rather sweetly and Mrs. Raizada looks around and tells everyone to see what a loving husband he is indeed. 😳 She all excitedly walks behind him and he asks her whats going on and she says absolutely nothing I just want to make you happy and he gently reminds her that he doesnt like to celebrate his birthday. He wants her to behave like its just a normal day ...this man knowns this woman too well...he knows shes mental and a sanak and that her love in that way knowns no bounds and she will move mountains to keep him happy and safe just like she did when he went missing. Yup he knows her oh too well. But can he win this time? Only time will tell 😉
Khushi highlights how they are so different. He likes to be quite and hide on his birthday while she advertises it only to realize its 24 hours later 🤣 And here she decides the only way to work this is to fight fire with fire! Atta girl! Shes going to do things her way and boy does she. 😆
A helpless Anjali watches as Khushi attempts Mission Suit ka Naap nikalo. But Khushi calms her down and lets her know itl be all right! And not Mission Possible and Impossible begins in the true Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada way. I have to say this was probably one of the finest scenes in terms of execution yet! Sanaya shines here and why shouldnt she it all worked brilliantly today. Barun today was the perfect companion because their timing mattered her and what flawless performances from both of them! 👏 After the chupa chuppi of sorts she is successful in her mission and wth a broad beautiful smile she reminds him to wait because everything good comes to those who wait. Patience my friends is indeed a virtue and heck who else knows better than us? Weve been patiently waiting for all of this and yup it is paying off in small doses
Their relationship has grown beyond the cries and Dhak Dhak's of Rabba Ve playing in the background. As beautiful as it sounded and lovely it looked they always seemed like they were holding back their feelings and emotions. Those days are times of the past. A past when they hesitated with each other, when communicating with one another didnt seem to work, their eyes and hearts did the talking. Now they are one...not just in their bedroom but in front of world and god and nothing can change that. They are bound here not just by emotions, feelings, hearts but by words aswell. They talk to each other like they have never talked to anyone before, they hold each other and hug each other when no ones looking, tease and please each other to their hearts content and this is what relationships are all about. Growing up, moving on, looking towards a future together where laughter, life and love is all that they need.
Its his birthday today and my oh my he looks fine! She looks over at him and wishes him in his way in english like she promised him the other day in his office. Good Morning! And here he thinks phew its here lets rip this bandaid off and deal with the day she has planned and get it over with already! But boy oh boy Mr. Raizada does she have a shocker in store for you. You get a NORMAL breakfast of Bread and butter, followed by a NORMAL lunch of Karela/Bitter Gourd, Dal, Rice and Chapatai a NORMAL man's meal with his NORMAL wife in his NORMAL office , a NORMAL homecoming and oh and BTW no ones going to wish you either! 😛 Well he did say it should be a NORMAL day except he was expecting a very Filmy types birthday for his rather Filmy Biwi here...Over the top decoration, 7 course lunch, with a cute love note in his tiffin, baloons, cakes and tons and tons of wishes and poor baby gets none! 🤣 All I can say her Sanak is starting to rub off on him and he wants to be spoiled and pampered here but she wont and he is getting irritated, angry and mad just like the ASR we know would! 👏 Well Played Mrs. Raziada you win this round!
Overall a great start to the week and the entire team did good. Direction, execution, dialogue, actors, characters, BG and everything in between was brilliant today. A vintagey feel off the past showed up and its good to have that feeling back of running home to watch it and live the life and times of Arnav and Khushi all over all! Until tomorrow...
Overall Thoughts of the evening:
-NK and Akash's side commentry of Arnav Singh Raziada ko Gussa Kyon aya were hilarious and great use of both the characters here. Karan and Akshay have great comedic timing and given opportunities deliver their best! 👏
-NK and his Dhobi Kutta...😆 And his Sunny Deol voice was hilarious! 🤣
-Manorama Mami and her one liners...Shel watch Sunny Deol's Angry young man look more than her on nephews...this will be fun to watch indeed! 😃
-Can someone tell these people that that Brown/Maroon/Red whatever the freak colored suit it is is freaking OLD and hideous! It needs to be burned and never seen the light of day again.🤢
-Curious to see this suit Khushi gifts Arnav...wer still waiting for him to re-gift Maa ke Kangana and the pracelet her showed into those tight churidaars on his wedding night!😆
-Salman Khan seems all the rage on the show. I mean I love him too but maybe they need to bring in a Katrina Kaif element for poor Arnav. He needs something his heart desires too no ? Yes Yes Khushi hai but something to make her jealous...what say? 😉
-Khushi's dialogues are hilarious! Yeh Laad Governor hai ya Jasoos...its almost like shes talking back to us no? 😉
