Dear Priya,

Nostalgia. As we await your 150th Crooner, this is the word that comes to mind. I just wanted to pen a few thoughts about what these masterpieces have given all of us. You took the initiative to write the very first Crooner on a February day which marked a watershed moment in this saga we have come to love. Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? All things Arnav and Khushi...the Ocean and his Shore...Their raw moments of happiness, anger, jest, and love, all encapsulated in sheer poetry. Since that February day, the "journey" has been nothing short of amazing...The outpouring of emotions, humor, verses, quotes, pictures, and music in each of your amazing gifts to us which compel us to think and appreciate all that this show has to offer. The positivity, stewardship and the very effort that it takes to write and document each frame in each episode sometimes goes under appreciated. We look forward, no, eagerly expect a Crooner everyday because we know we will read perfection. In every instance. That is the power of your words, hun. That is what "speaks" to everyone of us. Keeping it real; objective. Stated. Such is the subliminal appeal of your space and your penmanship. And for sharing this most wonderful part of you, THANK YOU!!

I can't speak of the Crooner without a shout out to Zoey D.😃 You always speak of sunshine and letting the "light" in. I thought of you as I picked out these Zoey pics! My first memory of the Crooner was seeing her face as your avatar. You have an innate gift to share warmth, hope and positivity! In a cynical world, we sometimes forget to discern what matters; yes, even when it comes to our show! We forget to appreciate the little things. I know ZD reminds you of the good things in life, so I had to make her a part of this thread.😊

Hearing his voice sent people over the moon

But there is a new crooner in town

And she is wearing her well deserved crown

The art of collages and poems has a new Queen

Her writing can be florid, terse or lean

She has hit the "sesquicentennial" mark in crooner

That is 150 submissions; so popular all are read by "afternooner"!

She applies herself on a near daily basis to this task

And it is now time for glory in which she can bask

Priya, you have achieved a significant step

And I know that still have in you a lot more pep!

Priya 🤗 Congratulations . Not sure if words can express how I feel right now ...Thank You for creating this space . I thank IPK everyday for not only entertaining me but bringing you all Crooner buddies in my life. Thanks to you , I have met some amazing women who bring joy to my life everyday. Priya, you are a phenomenal writer who brings positivity and warmth everyday with your crooners. I know it has not been an easy sail ...working long hours and again coming with enthusiasm to write the crooner on a daily bases is not an easy task, you have prevailed. Love you dearly ...

no wonder i got emotional yesterday morning ...it was pre 150th crooner syndrome...

i have never ever thanked you enough for introducing me to this space...

on this day i give you the title of MHADA chief(for the uninitiated MHADA stands for maharashtra housing board)...let me explain...you provided a cosy shelter when d main forum gets hit by a tsunami or hurricane which by CVs or PHs grace happens quite often...

thank you for listening to us and continue even when you were neck deep in work, even when your workstation was just next to Vesuvius( your bubbly).

thank you for writing a most positive crooner on the day i feel am ready with a dagger to kill someone...

thank you for your hawk eye vision where you can see the lace dress in the precap...

thank you for giving us this space where i have made some amazing friends

thank you for sharing your thoughts on each and every episode of these crazy yet passionate journey called IPK.

thank you for being there when i am super hyper because of someone on the screen or just sitting on the next table...and for listening to my blabbering.

thank you for calming me down the moment i start fretting over some random spoilers/ rumours.

heres to more crooners, to our frienship and to our weekend vigil of every chinese restaurant in town

Was talking to my cousin the other day, who happens to be a silent reader of the place,n when I heard what she said, I felt so proud,belonging to crooner
