Priya: what an awesome Crooner even though you have fever...Loved your usage of pics and quotes! wonderful job hun...reminding us truly why we're here...for a onscreen love story. Thanks for this space of positivity that you created and my fellow crooner buddies, otherwise I would have been out of IF long ago.🤗

Friday's episode to me was all about ASR, the husband and the brother. On one hand being righteous, as he knows that longer Shyam persists in his Di's life the chances of Di getting hurt physically and mentally increase. On the other hand he sees his Di's blind love and devotion to her not so deserving husband and knows how deeply the truth will impact her.

Last time Anjali had the baby to look forward to, this time around.. there will be nothing. And the sheer misfortune of having a husband who killed their own unborn child ruthlessly is devastating for anyone...and Anjali has never been the emotionally strong one, she has always needed to be cocooned in her own world to deal with her pain...and this will shatter that bubble of her perfect world. Who knows her more than her brother? That's why we see him struggle during the entire episode between what is right and needed on one side and his Di's happiness on the other side.

And I love your Arjun's and Geeta reference here..such an apt comparison👏..loved Khushi's dialogue about the evil needs to be ended, aaj nahi to kaal. And the part where she gives him assurance that with him being there, Di will be well taken care of. I've always felt between the two, because of the difference in circumstance after their parents' deaths, Khushi is the mentally stronger one. She had been brought up with all the love and a great set of values by Amma, Babuji and Buaji whereas Arnav at 14 had to just grow up on his own to fend for himself and his Di. Somewhere inside him the 14 yr old is still there, insecure about dealing with losing a loved one, especially his Di who's been his world until Khushi came along... he needed to overcome that threshold to face the task at hand. And at the end of the episode the steely determination of the righteous guy comes back...ready to annihilate Shyam's presence from their lives, but this time in full knowledge of Di.

Wonderful acting by Barun with his eyes reflecting ASR's conflict, raw pain and icy determination. Daljeet Bhanot made my heart lurch for Anjali, so innocent, so much blindly in love...especially the scene where she's holding the handmade scarf oblivious to the reaction of her family members to Shyam and the devastation heading her way which will uproot her from her world of perfection and land her hard into the harshness of reality. It's hard as a woman not to get affected by her plight.

Oh the tales that Mrs Jhalli Singh Raizada can spin! And the reaction of the husband and family had me in splits. Total Sankadevi in full form...but also shows who's the quick thinker amongst the duo and left the husband totally amused and speechless ..ASR's "I know..." with an eybrow lifted to Akash said it all. Ever since they have been married, I'm liking how Khushi touches or holds him in front of others with no hesitation. IPK family scenes are always my favorite after Arnav Khushi moments...and I'm so glad they are back. Adds a nice backdrop to what is IPK...intense track but with a constant presence of loving and understanding families who both mean a lot to the protagonists.

How endearing a husband Arnav Singh Raizada is! He listened to every bit of what his wife's "wish list" had, though said in a jest and fulfilled them to the dot...just to make her feel better as he knew her stress about the situation at hand too well. Well then again he's the hubby who can indeed bring her the stars if she so wishes...what's a little chaat, biryani or roshgolla? And Khushi's happy tears and him asking her not to be emotional and the hug that followed... Micro moment of love shared...a hubby's going out of the way gesture to fulfill his wife's wishes and the wife, who had once refused his birthday gift, understanding the feelings behind his action. IPK signature love,,,where words become secondary and love a palpable emotion transcending medium.

Agree with you Priya about the amazing use of the camera throughout the episode...added a dimension to an already riveting script...especially the scenes where the camera follows ASR's line of vision when Khushi and Anjali leave for the saris and the Hubby wife moment in their bedroom with the subtle sun's rays outside as a backdrop capturing a moment of peace and love between the couple. Serene.

Loved the episode.

Certainly the epic of Mahabharata had many teachings… which will be valid in each stage of earth.. in every "yug"⭐️

CVs wonderfully depicted the hesitant Arjun."Arnav". who have to kill his own people.. here people was "Di's happiness- Shyam".. Saarthi ,"Khushi" beautifully explains that it is his Duty to expose him.. To make his Di be freed from clutches of Shyaam,,,👏👏

Loved the scene of Arnav-Khushi .. such beautiful scene Cvs depicted!! She never knew whatever she says .. he will make it true.. Dreams will come true……….. He is protector of her Dreams,….. 😊

What a fantastic Crooner sweetie!!!!! loved it!!!! good to see u back!!! 😃 awesome quotes and they are absolutely apt for the given situations !!!! brilliant take on the epi...specially loved the part where u drew a parallel with Arjun & Krishna in Mahabharat and the quotes from Gita!!!👏👏 also loved ur take on NK/Nandkishore!!! Rays of sunshine...beautiful poem, priya...loved it!!!

i actually liked friday's epi as the whole shyam exposing angle was presented in a much better way...the seriouness of exposing shyam, its consequent effect on the family, specially anjali, a brother's turmoil...whether to shatter his sister's illusion and show her the reality...or a wife resolutely guiding her husband to do the right thing despite all the pain and hurt which would follow were shown very well!!!

loved arnav-khushi scene where he fulfills all her heart had desired...from delhi ki chaat to kolkata ke rasgulles...and of course the saree!!! loved the little moment between the two in all this shyam exposing drama!!!!😳😳 loved the family scene...khushi speaking how caring arnav is and the total disbelief on everyone's face including arnav's!!!!😆

btw loved shyam's reaction when he thought he had taken the meds to abort the baby!!! his lines were hilarious..."hamara pet dukh raha hai aur hume chakkar bhi aa rahe hain!!"😆😆 nani grilling shyam...fantastic...loved it!!!!👍🏼

i love it each time i read your crooner , I start looking into technical aspects, the camera angle and the position of pawns 😆...detail oriented indeed!!! N I feel like re watching the episode keeping these points in my mind!

I am loving the way Arnav and khushi are together in this game! Although Arnav is shrewd man here he is giving into Khushi's plans which are filmy but bringing out the desired results. Also I feel Arnav is emotionally weak when it comes to his sis, n Khushi is playing the key role of providing him support which a wife must provide ! I loved the way she is providing him strength to deal with all these and eventually he will be the key player!!

I adored the moment where he actually makes her playful lie into a reality . he is truly the prince charming she had dreamt of "asli zindagi mein rajkumar kahan hotey hai" But she did find a real rajkumar indeed!!

All in all beautiful track as i hav always desired for a track where Arnav and Khushi would unite and fight against the evil! Finally we are getting it! 😃

May every wife get a man like this...what I loved about this scene was his statement to Khushi...that she does not need to get emotional about this..and he just made this happen with some few phone calls...😆 This is so ASR...so for those who think ASR has gone...its there..it just comes out once in a while..😳

How well ..he dissected all this wishes..of his wife and made it actually happen..its not because she just made up the story...its because of this smile she had on her face when she said..ROSHGULLA😆

May every sister get a brother like this..😳

When he said "He knew that love is blind, but not this much" I had tears in my eyes...😭

Hello Priya 😃 dont intend to mention anything about the rumors BUT have to give it to you, to stand up by your opinions and fight them out without wavering even once.

And between all that we have our crooner. Too tired to write down my own opinions today but have to reply to the beautiful post..

I totally agree to what you've mentioned about NK here, a very beautiful character, grown from being just a comic element, to a very important part of their lives, supporting them, helping them, almost being a pillar every time they need him, especially Khushi.

I also observed how Arnav was always cautious of the plans playing out, the truth is to be revealed but the brother is unsure and uncertain. Can't be blamed after what he has seen happen with his mom, he would naturally fear what will happen to his sister when a similiar situation arises in her life.

The highlight for me has to be the scene when they were in the hall room and Khushi was trying to stop Arnav from going. That scene shows Khushi as the sunshine of the house. Even through the times that are going on or that are to come, she is always there to spread cheer, take away everyone's pain especially that of her husband's when she manages to make him smile through all the stress he has lately been through.

And she is rewarded lovingly for being that support system when he gets her all she loves, that she had very selflessly just mentioned.

That scene was beautifully shot, amazing lighting there, and a beautiful moment between the newly 'remarried' couple, who weren't able to snatch even a few moments of peace after their D - day.

The last dialogue between the couple was symbolic and rightly like you pointed out, parallel to what happened in the Mahabharata, when Arjun got weak to fight against his own family. A situation some what like that, where Arnav's decisions and doing could cause his sister her happiness, health and life, but he knows there is no way out of it, because the evil has to lose. And this time it shall. Because this time neither is Khushi alone nor Arnav, they are together, and shall be.

A very interesting track coming up, I only hope this revelation is handled with maturity and comedy isn't forcefully got into any of it..

Also waiting to see how this track takes Arnav and Khushi's story ahead.

...they can bring light and a bright future..removing all darkness...

Just the same their bright light and heat can burn another...dispelling gloom from the life of some and at the same time wiping out and searing through another life...the contrast will be evident in the lives of Arnav-Khushi v/s Anjali-Shyam...one pair awaiting the sunshine another pair dreading it...trying to stay in the dark!

Loving the past week...it has brought to the lime light...1)this is just as much Khushi's journey as it is ASR's

2)their personalities are the balance they were missing in their own behavior...they neutralize and energize each other!

3)Khushi...ASR's voice of reason and his damage control patrol...

4)Arnav peeking out more and more...ASR getting more verbally expressive and not afraid of letting his mask down frequently...he no longer needs one with Khushi...people think this is weakening the character of ASR...I think he's just beginning to reveal the inner him and beginning to get comfortable with his fears and insecurities...hence,the edge is blunting on his demeanor but mostly around Khushi!

4)Khushi is all focused on Shyams reveal becoz...a)she now understands her mistake of bringing him home..b)she has realized the true extent of his evil!She is taking control of outsmarting him as she knows ASR is strong but his greatest weakness now other than Khushi herself is Anjali and that she has gone through and will go through!!

Loved her words...it is better to deal with the extreme grief of betrayal than Anjali spending her life with that heartless,conniving,evil murderer!

5)NK is further convinced about his role in Shyams expose...after the details about killing of the unborn...nothing will ever convince him of Shyams repentance or grief over any of his crimes/actions...he has written him off as have Nani and the rest!!NK perfect decoy and hidden shastra for the coming Chakravyu of Shyam...

The growing relationship of Arhi...Less or Infact no Doubts of the others actions or intentions...what a change from the days gone by...Deep recognition of each others likes dislikes...happiness and sadness...their correct interpretations of the other's feelings of a situation or person...their accurate expectation of the other's next move...they have come a long way...the comfort level is at its rising peak!

Some interesting lines from Mami today in passing but caught my attention...

Always a aura of mystery in IPKKND!!Do we read too much into it or too less?Its upto the viewer...

The bottom line...as said Mrs.Khushi Singh Raizada...Jitni haldi ho sakke ...Bure Ko mitana hoga...

Priya , loved the geeta quotes and you have penned down a lovely poem .I am a sucker for poems have many in my collection want to steal your's share karo please . You call this thakeela post you kidding right , girl you have always given us great insight . I have always re watched the episode after reading your crooner and enjoyed the episode more.

I liked the episode tighter screenplay , crisper editing, great acting , dialogues could have been better , great camera angles and BS

Barun/ Sanaya some great acting , the master of expression was at his best 👏 I am liking how the CV's have developed NK's character . The chemistry between NK/Arnav/Khushi is a treat to watch .

Shyam's revelation ...I am curious to see Anjali's reaction ...will Anjali only accept her husband has wronged her by killing their baby or will she accept his obsession with Khushi and how he has wronged her. Priya, I will be disappointed if the CV's don't bring the Khushi/Shyam factor again and only stick to the miscarriage . Is this the last we will see of Shyam or is he coming back again with the will. Hope we have not seen the end of the will the loop is still open. We at the crooner have discussed the will in depth.
