Why should the show end?

I don't understand this moaning and howling and widows wailing in the forum. So an actor quits may quit big deal whatever it's not the end of the world ,worst things are happening like a economic downturn fighting in Syria with innocents dying every single day world drought etc so this news pales in the background of human suffering

Why should that decision by a sole person have to ultimately hurt the livelihood and I am not just referring to SI or the support cast but to the hundreds of the ordinary people working on the sets from the courier boys to the grips to the set designers to the technical crew the camera personal to the creatives to the director and the list is endless.

Many of you must be leading a cushy comfortable life probably supported by your parents or spouse and may not know what economic hardship is so bless yourselves and your provider for that and spare a thought and try to develop a conscience for those who have to work hard for a living to feed and support their own families

I can understand the anguish but demanding an end to the serial because you're Idol will no longer be on call for your viewing pleasure is preposterous not to mention downright selfish and self centred

The TRP's of this show have never been all that great for the last couple of months even with BS in it 22mts/5 In fact it was steadier higher and in the top 10 consistently when only one lead was holding the fort so some thing to look into.

Sure one segment the phangurls will for sure disappear but there is a massive segment of ordinary viewers who loved KKG or SI per se and deserted the show when she lost her importance, came back for a while when she was battling it alone during the kidnap track and will definitely happily return to see her if she is shown once more as a woman of substance even without/change in the male lead

So please do set aside a tiny moment from your sudden grief of loss and try to be compassionate and humane to the employees of this show they deserve that much at least

I agree completely worse things have happened and I am not even shocked or surprised at the news...

I don't want the show to end abruptly so the PH is doing the right thing by speaking to BS as a new entry may or may not work..but I will still want them to look for a new male lead if they have a story to tell..ending the show for a actor is uncalled for as one has seen his impact on the TRP has been marginalized considerably..

Given a good story...the show may just click though the fan base might go down..

It is the actor's decision to leave the show in midway.
We can not punish the entire cast and crew for it.
But what can I do.I am not selfless.
Yes I will keep watching the show for SI as I did during the kidnapping track.
But I can not see anyone taking Arnav's place.
I can see Khushi as a single woman fighting the odds of life.
But I can not see ArShi romance without SaRun.😭

The show will not end..The show might continue..But for a show that manages to reach a TRP of 3..Just 3..with all the Lalit Mohans and Arshad Khans and Sobtis together..Do you REALLY feel anyone...anyone will watch it after Sobti leaves??

I dont want the show to end.There are too many people and their livelihoods at stake.They are not to be punished just because sobti want to pursue his dreams.But i do agree it would be Herculean task for it to survive without Sobti but not impossible. Their jodi will be missed but the show must go on

And tbh i started watching IPK as i knew Sanaya and i liked (now i love) her.

well they did watchi it without sobti for quite a number of weeks and the TRP held and he has to clarify to end this drama rama of his staying or leaving
