we are humans not animals. we feel, we emote, we lose self-control, we err, we control our urges etc. In a nutshell, people come in all sizes, shapes and mentalities. You cannot stereotype or label either ones. That is why you see record number of co-stars either end up together or have affairs. Proximity, repeated contact, common goals and forced situations cause many to acquiesce to their emotions.

actually i feel it all depends on the person enacting a scene and his/her self control...if there is a vey romantic intimate scene like in our bollywood movies, i feel actors do get little excited but they know about it hence they dont give much attention to it...

No not all ,u will understand if you have been on any location to see a shot ,it's a cumbersome process ,so it's really not possible ,well having said that you might ask how ppl fall in love with their on screen partners and end up getting married or have a relationship ,it's basically the time spend on the sets during the process of shooting with nothing much to do but one another for company leads to some relationships .
