I actually typed that out after reading the 4 Lions post.

It's not an EGO issue at stake here it's common sense. Furthermore IF Barun really was in Negotiations he would say - No Comment.

Why? - Simple the Fan-dom pressure would help his negotiations IMMENSELY. And let me just clear this you cannot be contractually obligated to LIE.

Two, on Zee, as someone who has worked in print media allow me to say this - If the PH doesn't want to tell the public something there is no way in HELL they are telling a journalist - much less one they dub a 'stranger'. This is no phone chat slip up. This is a major headline for a show to be in talks with their actor - In other words WHY would Gul say that?

As I said, sounds like the PH is more pissed off than worried.

No wonder this PH loves writing scripts with misunderstandings.

I swear the pack of penguins in Madagascar would do better.

Let me try to explain in human speak -

Gul probably spoke to Zee News on a professional level. Zee News in her infinite "professionalism" leaked an unauthorized story that was still developing with outcome unknown, hence unauthorized. But given her need to undermine Barun's career, Zee News came to IF and spilled it.

The PH told Barun to clarify and he did because he is under contract and right now, he does not plan to quit - otherwise why are they still working on it.

Then 4 Donkeys came to IF and said people shouldn't be posing and looking for 15 minutes of fame, thus further pissing off the 'journalist' who then made another call to Gul sayin hey, 4 Donkeys calling me a liar. So then Gul says, please say that she isnt a liar, she is a legitimate news source and she and her other contacts could sue us and basically by omission, 4 Donkeys throws their lead actor Barun Sobti under the bus.

But then it gets even better because NOW, 4 Donkeys and Gul realize that the 'reporter' 'journalist' HAD NO MEDIA AFFILIATION, so their attempt to save her 'journalistic' reputation was based on a omission of fact, that was only cleared up after they said, believe the 'reporter'.

What happened - Gul tried to protect a non journalist by at the cost of Barun Sobti's integrity, who is honoring his contract to keep quiet.

Great Gul and 4 Donkeys Great. Your professionalism is reflected in your choice of journalists.

the facts are being hidden from sets n crew members too.

zee is close to Gul si gul shared her feelings

he would just come up with a simple answer - "No Comments" , how many interviews have we seen celebs just using this dialogue when they don't wanna answer. Tickets are sold, SP is happy.
