I don't do this often!! But Mitu Didi - Take a bow!! If this was the FACEOFF we had to hold on with Faith, Patience and expected to arrive Soon-ish,. It was damn well WORTH IT!!
Whattay episode! Iam in RaYa heaven!! Finally!! The most awaited, the most anticipated FACEOFF happens! And boy, did they do it in style or what!
She knew she hurt him and hence the tears
He knew she meant everything and hence the anger!
Today was Big Bang BALH in action!! Loved loved and loved every bit of it, every dialogue and every expression. There was nothing you couldn't love but it was heartbreaking to see what they went through!
Even the dream hug sequence was a bone to the hungry RaYa fans!! One frame, two powerhouses made that the magical hug once again! Maybe the magic never disappeared, but we needed to see it to believe it.
Watch the Flashback of the first 3 mins,it sets up the Raging Bull mode perfect to the T! The joy of witnessing the birth of their child, the joy of seeing her call him papa, the joy of seeing her 1st steps and the joy of clearing her apprehensions of going to school!! There was no Papa in reality but all that was a dream. A dream that was snatched away because of one decision! The disappointment, the hurt, the angst of missing out on all of them. Take a bow RK! The whole family goes inside to meet while she waits outside the hospital. But he calls out for her. She scans the reactions of the family and Shipra telling her that Ram wants to talk to her.Her first reaction was joy, the happiness of him remembering her. She didn't hide it. She looked at the door that separated the two of them and walked in with expectations. She knew he would be hurt and angry. But what she didn't expect was his indifference. Mr Kapoor, boy, did it feel good for her to finally call him in person(Although I missed Ram instead). And did his face manage a smile or what. They both love each other beyond doubt. The happiness outshined the other emotions. All said and done, it felt good to be back with each other inspite of their relationship status. More than evident.Except that the choices they made has brought them to this intersection!
Ram asking her for refreshments wasn't surely the expected question, was it? She begins to tell him that she is aware of his hurt and he is right at that. Until he tells her this was the only choice he was gonna provide since she had no choice but to follow what he says going forward. The papers, the proceedings brought about her fear, the divorce. But little did she realize her saying about signing divorce papers once he hears out and doing everything wasn't gonna help. That satirical laugh asking her if she alright since there has to be a marriage for divorce. The worst hit she never expected happened. He wanted Peehu's custody nothing more that drained the blood of her face. He wasn't asking but telling her. She couldn't believe he was asking for her life, the reason for her ability to manage without him, her daughter making him lose it. And he doesn't let her assume but tells her how it was denied by her decision. HEr claiming to make that decision inspite of knowing if it was right or wrong but because she wanted him to moveon, made him angrier than ever. It was so easy to say she made a mistake, but keeping his daughter away for 5 years, for lying all the while, for 5 years of dhokha and 5 years of making him believe she died. That how dare she with a tap on the table shook even me up!

While everybody thought she was dead, she lived for him in his head and heart. And today when she came alive, tumne mujhe hi maar daala!! His hurt evident that it was his Priya who lied to him made a part of him dead. But he was going to live for his daughter Pihu!

His command to give Pihu to him brings out more tears from Priya who asks for more forgiveness. And Ram asks her to return those 5 years to trade for the forgiveness. The moment of his daughter's birth, the 1st time she spoke,1st steps and the 1st time she packed her bags. Would she able to return those moments to him? Priya cries her heart out and tries reaching out for him making him spell that he Hates her! While she saw his love for her now it was time to see his hate. He would snatch Pihu away hook or crook and leaves the room with a sobbing Priya!
The final nail was him walking away with Ayesha as his wife only to turn back and look at Priya's reaction.!! Ayesha's surprise again making my feeling about RASH doubtful! Fingers crossed.
The intensity was back! It was love but hurt won today.
