Okay I've got a quick solution for you..

I think you're using mozilla firefox.. so download add on called "youtube unblocker" from following website:-
http://www.techiestuffs.com/blog/how-to-watch-blocked-youtube-videos-in-your-country/

Just click on "Firefox add on"..it will redirect you to another page n prompt you warning message left upper side of the screen, click on "allow" button n install that add on.. restart firefox n try if you able to watch the video or not..

If not then we'll use that proxy server idea tomorrow.. I've to go now.. Time to romance with books. G'nite. Take care. Ciao.
