I feel he will find her and marry her to only prove a point that he will marry her anyway and that she was wrong when she presumed he would leave her once again. Also after this the point of conflict between the two of them will be her vs him... where she will be hurt he didn't see that she took a call for his good and he will be upset that he let her come close enough to do this to him again ...
