A decent maha episode; some flirting, Shyam's game plan, Dadi's thought process and Garima's once again escapes...

Garima's escapes once again under weird circumstances...Buaji clarifying she couldn't recognize her as well. A message for the fandom who may complain how in the world could dadi would miss that one. Yes, if buaji doesn't recognize her how would dadi...

A flirty Arnav and a semi flirty Khushi...Under these circumstances, I wouldn't blame her...She needs to wait until after the wedding, Raizadas including Arnav can cancel this wedding in a jiffy...Social confirmation is a must...Even after social confirmation, she could still be coming home...

The haldi scene was excellent...How in the world could anyone resist kissing such a breathtakingly beautiful, sensuous girl? Only Arnav knows...Maybe the sadistic writer does...

Shyam this time has an excellent game plan. I wish they hadn't gone for the OTT drama last 2 weeks. I would have most certainly enjoyed this more. He is gathering all the necessary ammunition against the Raizadas. He is connecting the dots beautifully...

One man who is unfazed...

First plan of action is the unsuspecting Anji...Picking up from the pieces he has gathered from Arnav's conversation w/dadi...Anji narrates her own grueling ordeal with the past...Shyam then moves to dadi and slowly broaches the topic of the "woh aurat" and digs deeper. Me thinks he is comparing notes; what he knows about the past and what the Raizadas think. He is very much a player in this drama from the past. What is his role? We will know soon enough...

I will reserve my judgement, too soon to tell if this is headed in the right direction or to say the old IPK magic is back...

I re-watched it and I have to say...not bad at all. ME's mostly disppoint this didnt do a total fail but the story really didnt move much...Chalo koi nahi...Shyam is like a scary version of Karamchand and this Dadi is like the Wicked Witch of the West kinda character. I wanna smack a door flat shut on her face...but 8 minutes of Arnav and Khushi and some family fun...well done Creatives...kuch to baat ab bhi hai isme 😛

A note to everyone:

We await a fresh start tomorrow and they need us to stand by them as we have in their rough time.

I think they are starting fresh on a positive note and we need to step back and let them do their jobs!

I suggest we all keep the negativism to a minimum in their time of need. They clearly are listening to us and making the changes needed.

I promise to adore and admire but i need everyone to do the same.

Thanks for opening a new hangout Sari!

And thank goodness for that uncut video.

The episode was dominated by Shyam and Dadi...or atleast felt like it to me.

Again...thank goodness for online viewing, I forwarded all those scenes.

Yet again an incomplete kiss...but now we all are used to it and somehow, even though we hope for it, we know they will not show it, at least not before they show their marriage...double standards!

Anyway, the blindfold thing - hmmm. I think he will make her think he wants to get intimate and it will turn out to be something else...I noticed in one of the spoiler pics, her earring is missing...does he slowly remove her jewelry? To tease and tantalize her?!

Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be a good Arhi moment, can't wait for it.

And I wish they would get done with the Dadi Garima meeting! I am bored of the games they have played so far...yawn!

And yeh kya?! Garima called Shyam "Bitwa"?!! Now we know why Sanka Devi is the ever forgiving, amnesiac girl that she is...Garima ne training jo dee hai!

I was stunned to see her being nice and cordial to Shyam...did not like that at all.

One thing that I loved was Arnav's tone of voice when he tells Khushi she has to do whatever he tells her to do and she is scared...it was fabulous voice modulation by Barun 👏

Kind of similar to that scene in the January ME after Khushi kisses him and he asks "Yeh Kya Kiya Tumne"

On Khushi's haldi, Garima had more on her face than anyone else...whatever

The uncut was the ultimate savior in the new budding lau story between Daadi and shyam, that they were so painfully and meticulously building up in the ME.

Whatever, the haldi is over. But why were the Guptas again in RM, to play throw the pillow game...oops logic boatwa was banned, hamari ye jurrat ki hum aise sawaal karein...

Thankfully, the much awaited (NOT) ME is now over!

A thought before I go to nee nee land.

So far Shashi has not accompained ladies at any function. This time Arnav made he does.

Can we dare he will come around at least to defend Garima?? I have no hope as far as unveiling (his true colours NOT his various body parts) their golden boy is concerned.

Just finished watching the full ME as it aired here Sunday 2 pm. Had just watched the Arhi scenes yesterday and ff-ed the rest. Nevertheless, will repeat what little I said in the old thread. The title of this ME, if indeed ME's had titles, would have been:

Of Omnipotence and Omnipresence: A Comprehensive Practical Guide by Right Honourable Sri Shyam Manohar Jha.

Though I have to admit Shyam scenes were very well handled and Abhaas was excellent in emoting both the conniving evil persona as well as the rational, well-meaning, understanding husband and son-in-law.

A few things jumped out during his interactions with Dadi and the various soliloquys.

a) He has Dadi convinced that Khushi had actively set out to ensnare him and that he was an innocent victim of the resulting MU. Kind of the line of defense he had taken during the confrontation before his ouster. Clearly, Dadi knows nothing about the kidnapping that begs the question why? Why had Nani not briefed her on everything? Why has Arnav not done so?

b) There was definitely an affair of the heart between Papa Malik and Garima...why else would she keep the photo? But what is also indicated is that Dadi believes that Garima ensnared a married man, and strangely both the women in his life are to be blamed...his wife for not holding on to him strongly enough and Garima was having seduced him. Her son is totally blameless.

c) Shyam's inability to recognize Papa Malik was a blooper on more than one level. He has been married to Anjali for four years...he would have seen the picture at least during their shraad ceremony every year. On another level, he found the picture after he had had his revelatory conversations with Anjali and Dadi and the resulting epiphanies that Garima is indeed the running away from Dadi for a reason. HOw hard would it have been to know that it was Papa Malik in the picture?

Now to the pleasant part😃

Awww...ODB and ODG were at their best every step of the way... Loved the dialogues and the actions, be it the cheek bumps or nose flicks😃...Barun met Sanaya's awesomeness every bit possible and I am a happy camper😃...cannot seem to wipe the grin off my face.

Can't wait till tomorrow...

Going to have to check those pics out again...did not pay attention to her earrings..
