<font size="2" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">step 1 :- make a layer write your text make threeclick on your first text <font color="#3300ff">layer 1</font> then go to Filter > Add Noise> Amount 33% > uniform > monochromatic</font>

<font size="2" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">step 2:-Now, click on your first text <font color="#3300ff">Layer 2</font> repeat the same step<font color="#330066"> </font>but the amount of noise would be changego to Filter > Add Noise> Amount 34% > uniform > monochromatic</font>

<font size="2" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">step 3:-click on your first text layer<font color="#3300ff">Layer 3</font><font color="#330066"></font>go to Filter > Add Noise> Amount 35% > uniform > monochromatic</font>

<font size="2" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">click on Frame 1 and make only Layer 1 Visible. Then, click on Frame 2 and make only Layer 2 visible. Move on like this</font>
