My answer has to be YES!
A doctor is second God to the people! He can't make mistakes in such critical cases!
If Jeevika had not inquired, today, Manvi would not have been between us!
Dr. Mehra should have been careful! Thats all I can say!

Definately a Yes! Docter Mehra is very much to be blamed... Being a docter it is his duty to verify each n evry aspect of da treatment... So wat if 5/6 tests were positive he shud hav done all da tests b4 continuing wid da treatment... Its not an ordinary disease its CANCER for God sake... N he is not an ordinary MBBS doc as well he is an oncologist n we cant expect such an ignorent behaviour from a doc... Docters take an oath to try der level best to save lives of der patients... U cant be careless wid sum1s life right?? Its not da patients relatives telling u to do da tests n check dem, its all da docs duty... He simply told da nurse to do da tests n den dint evn bother to follow it up?? Infact he told to do da test at da last moment wen da transplant was postponed... How can a doc be so irresponsible?? I mean God forbid if da transplant was done tat day den?? It wud hav simply meant tat u dont value a life... So according to me he is very much to be blamed...
