By popular demand, here are some of my hubby's observations from bumping into IPK most of the times without any sound and only for a few minutes.

The one and only full episode he has ever watched was the flip episode. Since then he's been giving it a wide berth. Although after chancing upon a bit of the Rakhi episode he has now believed me that Arnav- Anjali are actually bro-sis and Anji isn't Arnav's demented first wife. The following are all random comments and without any order. So bear with me.😳

Seeing Stopwa for the first time'.I think it was the scene with Mami

Hubby: Is it the same old lady I saw earlier? She looks different.

Me: Nah, that was Nani and this is Dadi.😊

Hubby: Oh'.she reminds me of this bitter old lady who used to live close to our home when I was a kid. Bechari used to live alone and was dumb (meaning couldn't speak) so always used her hand for communication and was always angry. We used to stay away from her.🤔

Me: 🤣 🤣 All of them are trying as well.

Roka Ceremony

Hubby: You're watching old episodes again.😳 (Lets face it most of us rewatch old scenes)

Me: Huh'this isn't old episode, this is new. And I don't watch old episodes all the time.😲 *Very Indignantly*

Hubby: *Smirk* Yeah right'*Confused now* Then why are they getting engaged? I thought that was his wife.😕

Me: Errmm '.aaahhh'.well there was some technical difficulties with their wedding, it wasn't completed properly so they are getting married again.

Hubby: Oookkk. *Seriously* Something weird is going on with your serial isn't it? And you aren't telling me the truth in case I say you watch this crap. Well, it's crap anyway so you can tell me.

Me: *defending mode now* Firstly you're the one who said you don't wanna know about my serial. Secondly I'm not hiding anything, they just didn't do their pheras. And thirdly go away and let me watch in peace.😡

Hubby: *Shaking his head and muttering* Hindi serials.😳

About to leave the room then suddenly stopped. Looking at Anji "She wasn't pregnant before, how is she suddenly pregnant".😕

Me: She was pregnant, they just couldn't find the right size pillow.😆

Hubby: And that's my cue to leave.

Thank God for small mercies and he left before the "Aane do" scene.

Day after Kuldevi Puja episode'hubby walked in while Anji- Shyamu scene playing out.

Hubby: *Seeing Anji laughing and pouting* Oh I forgot to tell you, I know what is wrong with her. And who is that guy? He's got crazy eyes as well. Is your show full of them?

Me: *Very interested* He's the husband. Now tell me what's wrong with her.🤔

Hubby: *Quite seriously and smugly* She's got Pseudobulbar affect. (I had to ask him to spell it for me and then Googled it offcourse)😊

Me: *Utterly confused* What the hell is Pseudo'.bul'..whatever?😕

Hubby: *Patiently taking on his lecturing tone* Pseudobulbar'.it's a neurological disorder can happen due to brain injury or comes with a neurological disease. Symptoms are involuntary/ uncontrollable crying or laughing or other emotional displays.🤓

Hubby in the mood of his favourite past time of lecturing me but I stopped him there.

Me: *Excitedly* You have probably just solved what's been plaguing all of us. *Pausing episode and googling* This is brilliant.⭐️

Hubby: *Deadpan* And I am diagnosing patients in Indian serials now.😳

Me: *Encouraging* See I told it isn't all bad'.its educational.😛

Hubby: *Sigh* God help me. *Leaving the room*

Me : *Shouting after him* Let me know if you can think of something for the husband with the crazy eyes.😆
