Okay this is what must have happened. Mallik Sr. falls in love with Garima, either she does not know he is married or knowing he is married resists him.

Or it is Shyam's sister.

Garima or Shyam's sister Righteously decides to tell his wife that your hubby is harassing me.

Just like Khushi tried to tell Anjali.

Unfortunately, G or SS lands up on Anjali's marriage day.

She manages to tell Arnav's mom.

Arnav's mom confronts Mallik sr., he accepts and also tells her that he never loved her was forced to marry her cos of his own mom aka dadi, yada yada.

Dadi ends up supporting Mallik Sr. asking arnav's mom to deal with it as men are like that.

Huge confrontation happens, Arnav's mom commits suicide.

OR it was Chacha was responsible for CAR accident that killed Khushi's parents.

Garima demands justice not knowing a marriage is happening.

Argument erupts between Raizada with Arnav's mom supporting Garima.

At the same time Shyam's sister also drops by for telling the truth about Sr. Mallik.

There is confusion.

Either people MU garima that she is the other woman or Garima feels guilty cos of her confrontation, the tragedy happened.

Loads of loopholes I know.
