"Khushi, aaj bohut der ho gaye! (I'm late today!) He's going to be so mad!"

She picked up the phone and quickly dialed a number.

"Hi baby! Sorry for not calling you earlier. I just got off work!"

"It's okay. It's only 1:00 a.m. here and I was working anyways!"

"Put away that laptop and go into the kitchen and eat right now!"

"I already ate."

"You say I'm not a good liar but neither are you! I want you to eat and take your medicine!"

"Did you eat?"

"I'm going home right now, and I told Ash to cook so I will eat when I get home!"

"Where are you right now?"

"I'm driving."

"Well, how far are you from home?"

"I'm home!"

"Good, now we will eat together okay?"

"Fine. So what did Di cook?"

"Pasta."

"You and your pasta."

"So what did Ash cook?"

"Looks like she was experimenting with Mexican food. I see tacos, nachos, and, I think, enchiladas with Mexican rice. I'll ask her."

"It's okay, now take a bite."

"I miss your delicious cooking and especially your sugar free Jalebis!"

"Jalebi se yaad aya kal ke liye Jalebi banane hai! (Jalebi reminds me I have to make Jalebis for tomorrow!)

"KHUSHI!" screamed Ash with joy.

"Ash, I'm on the phone with Arnav!"

"Jiju! I want to talk to him."

"Ash, I promise I will let you talk to him tomorrow not now though! I'm a little busy."

"You talk to him every day Di!"

"Ash, I will make sure you talk to him but later, I have something important to tell him."

"Fine, then I won't tell you where the package that he sent you is!"

"Package." Her eyes lit up. "Arnav, talk to Ash for a few minutes while I find and open the package!"

"Di, it's on your bed!"

"Thanks Ash!"

She looked at the beautifully wrapped box and carefully opened making sure not to tear the red gift wrap. As soon as the gift wrap was off, she opened the box revealing a beautiful green and red sari, matching jewelry, bangles, and a brand new mangalsutra of real gold and diamonds.

"Khushi, there's a pair of keys underneath the sari. It's Di and Jiju's gift."

"What are the keys for?"

"Our new beach house in Goa!"

"Really!? Di and Jiju must have spent tons!"

"It was two crore! Jiju spent all the money he earned from the past five cases."

"We should do something special for them they always spend so much for us!"

"I booked tickets to Mauritius for a second honeymoon for them!"

"That's perfect! I also bought a set of couple watches for them!"

"Di and Jiju's birthday gift?"

"Yeah."

"I'm coming to India in two days!"
