A feel good episode, almost like I was watching a BW flick. Not a huge movie buff, can't tell one movie from the other...It is one of the dozens we have seen on marriage, the feel good types; everyone loves everybody else kind...Only here everyone seems to have an agenda...Garima trying to hide something, so is Anjali...Dadi and Shyam trying to thwart it...Everyone else blissfully ignorant & lost in the wedding festivities...

So much has changed since the Laad Governor has fallen in love...He never believed in love, marriage or in traditional values...Now he is a believer...He robbed her off her dreams; now he wants to give her a perfect dream wedding...exactly like she envisioned...He was her Rajkumar...

A dream wedding for his dream girl...

I loved buaji-Khushi scenes today...Khushi defending her sanki pati who finds out why she was slapped...She was defending him and a sincere thank you for all she has been thru but still continues to love him unconditionally...It is now his turn to love and cherish her...

Whoever thought LG would spend sleepless nights thinking about a certain small town girl from Lucknow by the name of Khushi Kumari Gupta...Someone who he had vowed to destroy...She brought the romantic in him to the fore...

Laad Governor will take her home in a dholi...A name that was borne out of hate was today used endearingly...
She is her LG... Maaf kijiye Salmanji, she is taken...

The girl who was once chirpy was left speechless on multiple occasions...Never in her wildest dreams did she think that she would have such an effect on him...He was talking, walking her thru the rasms and willing to wear a rakhsa daaga...This time there was no room for complaints...He will abide by all the rules and take his bride home...She asks him to pinch her, was it a dream? To her surprise he obliges...

What was once a dream...

Nice touch with the FB from the thwarted Shyamu engagement...Then they vowed to never see each other but today they vowed to remain with each other for the rest of their lives... He refused to accept the Prasad from the mandir that day but today he was accepting the raksha daaga willingly and with a smile...They finally accepted it was always meant to be...

He proudly watches her dancing...She finally has found happiness...He was content just watching her dance...Khushi being Khushi wanted to spend a few more minutes dancing...

She was going to enjoy it to the fullest with her family but he had a different plan...she begs him to stay a little longer but he had waited long enough...He wanted her to himself...

100 ways to finally make a move...First Di, she gets a kiss...then dadiji, another peck on the cheek...one more try, its buaji this time, she gets another peck...Was this girl playing? Maybe she thought he would finally go for the gold...😆 That backfired...yaha pe bhi Aman?

There were plenty of logic boatwa misses...But the glaring ones were just too hard to ignore...😆

  • Garima pulls a Shyamu...How on earth can parents explain this one? None of the RM'wasis wanted to know...Dadi didn't seem to mind either...
  • ASR has so much security but Shyamu moves in and out of the house like nobody's business...Even installing cameras within the house...

I have pledged to ignore logic...If I hadn't I would have quit the show long time ago when a certain someone turned 23 from 18 just a year ago...If only they could give a meaningful explanation for Garima's absence I would have found this episode more enjoyable...Hello people, she is Khushi's mother...

Joey's video clip for the day...

Take 5 - SKD Nivaarak Edition 😈 😈

Rabba Ve's SG's!! 🤗

Keeping it short today coz I'm sacrificing lunch to type it up - today's Take 5 dedicated to our very own Doctor Sahiba (docgirl), who came up with the brilliant title. Babe - I LUB you!!! 🤗

1. Raksha Dhaaga? Or Raakshas Dhaaga. After all, Arnav-ji is her Raakshas turned Raajkumar. But first, the man has sucessfully figured out how to turn off the 24/7 ham radio that is his wife - by flustering the heck out of her. 👍🏼

Unfortunately, that particular NOOSKHA won't work on the other women in his family, namely Mami-ji and Dadi-ji. (Actually, thank the DM it won't work - or the entire viewing audience would've been scarred for life). 🤢

Bua-ji wants to brand the son-in-law by tying a dhaaga on him. Brilliant idea, Bua-ji. 👏Shepherds do that to identify their sheep, so they can herd them back home when they wander off. But, as everyone knows, bitwa was raised in frontier territory and doesn't take too kindly to a collar, and the idea is dropped unceremoniously.

And before anyone goes postal at the idea of Arnav-ji being compared to a sheep - please to see loveface Arnav. ('nuff said). Whenever ASR is onscreen - I'll shut up-wa.

2. First trimester is over without incident. Garima-ji's high risk pregnancy has just cleared the first hurdle. Shagun is done and she was able to play peek-a-boo without revealing herself.

But this pregnancy is like Dear Anj's gestation - there are many, many trimesters (rituals) to go before the baby is delivered (wedding is done), and she needs to successfully navigate the treacherous waters of the Dadi-swamp every step of the way.

Garima-ji - there are plenty of doctors at the hangout, and I'm sure they would unanimously recommend additional fiber in the diet until the wedding is done. Because we care.🤗

3. K papers over SK!!! 🥳 🥳 🥳 🥳 🥳 🥳
This would normally be too insignificant an event to rate an entire Take, but for me - its earth-freaking-shattering. The face that launches a thousand cases of indigestion will no longer be seen on the GH walls.

Devi Maiiya ke ghar mein der hai, par Salmaben nahin (at least, not anymore) 🥳

I'm speechless with joy that Thanksgiving has come early this year, and will devote the rest of this Take to a moment of silence with my head bowed. Dhanyavaad Devi Maiiya!!

4. There's a ball and chain on my foot! Or that is what the song that they played, loosely translates to.

If I were in Khushi-ji's place and someone had played that song at MY engagement - there would have been KOLAVERI that day. 😡 😡 😡 CV's - the song pick was satyanash, and I had the same sentiments during the movie original too. Why would ANYONE (bride OR groom) take kindly to being called a deadweight?

Anyway - back to the play by play. Arnav-ji has prepared for this merger by going over the pre-conditions for the deal, and is up to speed with the legalese and fine print. He stuns and delights everyone by airily imparting his newly found knowledge - all under the benign, watchful and ALL SEEING eye of...DAIIYA HO!!!

5. FNRVIS is out of a job. For the first timers and lurkers - that stands for "Friendly Neighborhood Rabba Ve Interruption Service". This task force has been extremely busy for the past few months but would now like to move on - seeing as Arnav-ji and Khushi-ji are doing a bang up job of interrupting their own RV's.

Mr and Mrs SR - I recommend the "Rabba Ve for Dummies", sold at fine bookstores everywhere, and at 10% off on Amazon.

Khushi-ji: Di, Dadi and Bua-ji? Seriously? That covers the Holy Trinity, with Aman-ji brought in as the big guns. 😕

Arnav-ji: The Holy Trinity doesn't bother you, but Aman does? Seriously? And dude, helicoptering is NOT good for RV success - you'd think he'd have figured that out by now. 😕

Shaadi Ve officially kicks off on steroids this week. I ran out of Takes, but a special mention of Khushi-ji's outfit is warranted.
Honey, South Africa called - and they want their flag back.

RDD Ve!!

Good way to start the week off, seems CVs have heard viewers out and chose to focus more on Arnav and Khushi and less on their parallel tracks. At first watch I did believe things were a bit rushed but then I watched again and I must say I was wrong. The pace is just right and I was wrong to expect things to be as they were during Payash wedding, it can't be since Arnav and Khushi are already married and technically we already saw them going through all the rasams before they got married. What is being shown now is just a formality.

I am loving the return of the mother daughter bond between Khushi and Bua who had a beautiful scene as Arnav listened outside. Arnav found out exactly why Khushi got slapped the other day, it was for defending him and it did not stop her from defending him again today. Little by little he continues to learn more about the woman he loves and the lengths she would go for him. Arnav returns, the thank you has nothing to do with Khushi giving him his phone it is gratefulness for everything she has gone through for him.

The nighttime scene was adorable, from Arnav missing Khushi to both looking at the moon. What I loved most was Khushi looking forward to spending the rest of her life as Arnav's wife, she even replaced Salman's photo which shows the significance Arnav now holds in her life.

Khushi and Bua arrive at the Roka ceremony without Garima or Shashi. I felt bad for Bua, Garima is really putting her in a difficult position but fortunately Akash lends support. I know his excuse was lame but he saw Bua helpless and rescued her from a tough spot, its better than seeing him stand around and do nothing.

I am convinced this forum is stalked by the CVs who made sure to incorporate the fact the engagement did happen in the past at the mandir, the bandage scene to be exact. Khushi realizes she's been his before she can even remember. I also loved the fact he let Bua tie the Raksha Daaga on his wrist, knowing how much it meant to her.

Ok a mini rant about the next scene while I like the song from Mohabaatein I felt it misused in the show, the dhol beats were more than enough to get everyone dancing so why the song??? It is the second time I've seen a song misused and the scene is best watched on mute.

So Shyam is doing something with Anjali's meds, what is he upto? I doubt he would harm his child, not when it is beneficial to him

Points to be noted, NK saying dhoka and we all know that when NK messes up his Hindi it is not always an accident it's a hint, so was this another hint about the past like in Friday's epi where he spoke about not having the wrong girl get the shagun???

Second point, Arnav who looked sad momentarily seeing Di completely lit up when his eyes shifted to Khushi. I am starting to get why Khushi was given the multicolored sari for she has brought colors back to his life which was once filled with darkness.

Leaving the best for last, the poolside romance. Arnav true to his character would rather steal some moments away with his wife instead of dancing, who can blame him especially when he won't be able to see her after haldi. Khushi is finally comfortable with his close proximity, no shock, no fear it is just right. The scene is almost a 360 of Diwali only this time its Khushi who spoils things by bringing up Aman, she is truly pagal but with that there is the innocence which Arnav loves.

RV SG's 🤗. Nice episode with a couple of highlights for me.. no not the last 3 min though it was an added bonus at the end 😃.

"Thank you" - simple, short, succinct words from Arnav to Khushi. He thanks her after hearing her defend him during the conversation with Buaji. The thank you to Khushi was for accepting him the way he is, as is, without attempting to change him, accepting him entirely with his faults, mistakes and shortcomings.

He reciprocates by asking Buaji to tie the dhaga and learning about the ceremony, surprising Khushi. He still does not believe in rituals and the norms followed by society but he does it as it makes Khushi happy, to see the beautiful smile on her face. "Hamare chahre pe muskurahat lane ke liye ji thod koshish karenge" - yes, Arnav is doing exactly what Khushi had told Garima.

Nice, well placed flashback tying in the bandage engagement to the present. Arnav had always considered Khushi as his, right from the beginning without realizing it. "Jab hamari shadi hui tab mujhe Khushi se pyar nahi tha", this was what Arnav told Anjali, his mind and heart never acknowledged the fact that this girl had made a quite entry into his heart from their very first meeting. I am hoping that as Arnav goes through these rasams he realizes that Khushi was and is his true soul mate right from the fateful encounter at Seesh Mahal.

Arnav drinks in the beauty of a dancing, happy Khushi and the leads her away from the crowd to their rendezvous spot by the pool. Not able to bear the impending separation after haldi, he plants pecks on her forehead and cheeks. Khushi who has admitted and knows that she is only his with or without the pheras offers very faint resistance. The scene was well done by Barun and Sanaya except for the damn SP banner spanning across the screen. The peck is all we are going to get out of these two - known accepted fact - cant they just show that at least properly!! 😡

Musings - Sashi and Garima could not come because of some lame excuse, but Buaji could have got few GH neighbors, after all wasn't this re-remarriage for the society? Khushi did want a wedding filled with family and friends and yet it was only the two of them showing up for the ceremony!

Sanaya looked lovely in the close up shots with the green-red attire combination. The long shots reminded everyone about the dreaded skirt color but Sanaya pulled it off beautifully.

-Logic ka the end or lack of using brain for a change was fun 😆

EDIT:

Creative Team is Shantivan/Raizada Mansion a Bhoot Bangla now?

Or has Shyam gotten into the Dastak (Yes Old Show on the channel that starts with Z) aatma mode and showing up randomly across the house that seems like it could be the Rashtrapati Bhawan in term's of security!

Oh and What is with this Garima ka Chakkar...Meri Mano...slow that random track down some and focus on the issues at hand...We might have a royal mess on our hands right around wedding time to solve just like that...and yes please focus on Khushi and Arnav togeather...ruin other lives and relationships not their bond because warna Iss Pyaar ko koi random Historical Naam dena padega...you know something from the past tense...kyonki future mai kuch rahega hi nahi 😉

I know I know i have played this before...but this is different and fit's the sleepless night segment ...they were mighty adorable overall today and I love the Mushfest right now!

Hello All!!

Day 2: Roka. Completed.

Whata lovely episode and function.

The starting started with the guttur guttur birds chirping and Khushi realizing that ever since her laad governor has started speaking, he's been shutting her up! Girl, you have a man who can do more than just talk to shut you up and you'll soon realize that 😉

I think the following scene with Arnav listening in on Khushi's understanding of why he will not wear the Rakhsha Dhaga and how he loves Bua and the family and respects them is bigger and more meaningful than somethings and Bua acknowledging their love for each other so full-heartedly was beautiful. Buaji will always be on Team A-K, she'll be an asset for them and always show them just how much they love each other.. similarly to what Anjali will do (eventually again, once Shyam is out!).
Arnav's thank you sealed the deal. Very beautiful scene.

The scene at night was very cute and very "pre wedding".. that entire lovey dovey and jittery feeling... it was very cute.
Khushi replacing a certain someone with her Laad Governor was adorable. (How she has that picture from the earlier episodes is a mystery, but I will assume, newspaper cutting). And while we're on this, I do no do that in my room. I know some of you have your doubts, just assuring you!

The ceremony was all about Khushi and her khushi. He read up on each and every ritual in detail and made sure he complied and double checked it all to make sure it was done perfectly. It was nice to see him bend down to do it wilingly and not be emotionally blackmailed. Anjali would've given him that even today. But. that conversation of Khushi and Bua he overheard outside the door, showed him just how much Khushi's happiness means to him and he went ahead and willingly and genuinely did it for her. 😳

Khushi emmensed in the crowd and dancing away being herself, completely melted his heart and made him realize just how much he cherishes her. He couldn't hold back. He had to show it to her.
The poolside (almost kiss) was nice. It was nice to see Khushi finally comfortable with him and Arnav's ever so persisitent flirtatious nature. He isn't one to just give up, he's a go getter, so there will be more.
Yes, for a moment there we all felt maybe they'll just do it, but alas, Aman's name interrupted them again!
I think a kiss will be very meaningful if it happens on Mehendi, the day before Haldi. For one it will be meaningful, it will be a full 360. A flirtatious Arnav when Khushi can be restrained easily will make a good scene and finally, because it will be the last time they can see each other "technically" before Haldi, so this is a good memory to keep them going till their wedding day.

Dude, Shyam, W*F man! What are you intending on doing?? Those prescription pills are clearly for more reasons than one. Is he trying to cripple the baby for an easier "desperate" entry back into Anjali's life? I don't understand why he'd want to kill the baby, because the baby is his ticket back into the house, so he's definitely harming the baby towards a disability that will entail "Shyam being needed".
But, if Arnav sees a shadow and steps on that pilll.. the bottle is getting changed to a brand new one and this plan can be added to Shyam's other failed ones!

And now finally, yes, I am a Phangurl today and I am proud off it. I may or may not be smiling like a Cheshire cat while typing this.
Boy can he be romantic and sexy at the same time. Even if it is for a few seconds as opposed to minutes (as it is for me :P), he makes you grin... the guy has a charm, period. There is a change in the story with his presence and more so when his presence is like this. IPK strives on the chemistry between the leads and Barun and Sanaya were superb today! I do think its harder to create a build up than it is to be submissive, so Barun builds up the scene and Sanaya finishes it and we get a beautiful scene with intense chemistry as the end result and many happy fans!

Since it is his birthday by now in India and people will be reading this over the course of the day.. (and not because I want to rub my phangurling in :P).. Sari, Joey, Jamba, Sanjana and Sheila.. I love you guys.. but I love him too... will this🤗 work as an emotional blackmail? 😳

Hi Sari and SG's!

Awesome episode; aaj Khushi ke Arnavji ko dekh ke mujhe diabetes sa ho gaya hai; but loved it for the man who bent over backwards for his Khushi and her family; small gestures to make her smile and create a beautiful memories every step of the way to erase the turmoil of the dreaded wedding night👍🏼. Superb performance by Barun today; he totally nailed the romantic scenes with his husky voice, oh so in love expressions and bang on voice modulation⭐️⭐️. Plus he looked extremely handsome and super dashing in the scarf. Sanaya managed to look very pretty despite the hideous outfit (would it kill the PH to get her a matching red/orange lehenga😕) and her expressions in the last scene were excellent; I'm glad we did not get the "I'm ready for my punishment" look but there was anticipation and a nice blush. Well done Sarun!

Good continuation from Friday and Khushi's monologue "bolna kya seekh liya, hume hi chup kara dete hai aaj kal", was spot on! I loved the build-up to Arnav agreeing to wear the raksha dhaga, glad he did not jump in as soon as he heard Buaji talking to Anjali. Loved Khushi for standing up for Arnav to her Buaji and saying that they know he loves and respects them and there is no need to force him into something he does not believe in. Buaji's "woh bahut sanki bhi hai aur unka bachao kar rahi hai humari maha sanka devi" was so endearing and clearly shows what a long way Khushi has come in understanding her Arnavji❤️. Arnav's "thank you" was because he realizes that she loves and accepts him the way he is, does not want to encroach on his beliefs and cares enough to defend him in front of all😍.

Loved the night scene with ARHI thinking of each other and awww moment of the day was Khushi apologizing to Salman for replacing him with her Arnavji. It was super cute to see her put Arnav's khadoos face on SK and asking him to smile while he smiles on looking at the moon and thinking of her.

The roka ceremony was good; we got our share of smiling faces and tears of joy, surprised reactions at Arnav having given himself a google tutorial on the various rituals, a oh so cute playful ARHI moment with the "chimti katiye" scene and naach gana. He did this for her; he took the extra step to not go through the rituals blindly just because he has to but to give them some meaning becoz this is so important to her. Buaji seems as elated as Khushi and Anjali and the rings are exchanged. So glad Arnav reminded Khushi of the symbolic mandir engagement and he reaffirms that she is his, Khushi's "tab se" perfect use of FB and excellent closing of the loop there. An acknowledgement by both that the special moments they shared in the past; they remember and cherish and understand the importance of😍.

Thank God Arnav did not decide to shake a leg to the song but in his usual ASR style grabbed her and took her to his room for some private time. Loved loved loved the last scene; UFFF, the confidant flirty ASR and the flustered but wanting it Khushi; the "tumhe dekh raha hoon", to the gentle lingering kisses, the sexy "anne do", the expressions, body language, love, longing, desire and passion just brilliantly displayed. This is one kiss I did not miss being left incomplete because only Khushi can think of Aman at a time like this and her comment just brought a big smile to my face😃. Arnav's comment on her writing a book on the 100 ways to spoil romantic moments by KKG and Khushi's "Singh Raizada" just pure ARHI magic brought brilliantly to life by our very dear Sarun👏👏!

Not sure what Shyam is upto; for now don't know don't care🤢. Akash finally grows a spine and gets a meaningful dialogue, Payal looked pretty today, Garima needs to come up with a better plan. I'm glad the Dadi/Garima hide and seek and Manorama Mami's filler scenes were kept to a minimum to give us a truly Arhilicious episode that sure will be on my replay list.

Rabba Ve ladies! A fabulous start to the IPK week as finally the two uber good looking and much in love leads are getting married. This time with all the color and gaiety of the big fat indian wedding and the besotted groom is making all the right moves. If this isn't SKD worthy stuff what is?

Picking up from where we left off last Friday was tad disappointed that there wasn't more to the room conversation. Chhodo yeh na socho...

Who said eavesdroppers never hear good about themselves? Arnav hears his lady defend him and gets yet another data point for how much she loves him. She even got slapped because of it. Loved the silent conversation between them as he comes to get the phone. Gratitude, wonderment and apology all in that thank you which she understands and accepts.

As night falls damsel and dude continue to pine for each other and finally she gives him pride of place in her poster. Does this mean all SK references are finally over- this itself calls for an extra jig during the shaadi

Roka day arrives and Khushi looks absolutely ethereal despite the profusion of colors. And actually the dress doesn't look as bad as the weekend uproar on IF esp as long as they keep to close shots. ASR is back in a cravat after over a year and does look dashing alright.

The handsome and sometimes shaatir pati has gone ahead and googled every shaadi rasam there ever was. No taking chances with this family plus it's making bride to be biwi fall even more in love with him. Awww!

The exchange of rings takes place as the happy families plus Dadi looks on. This was a moment which should have been allowed to linger. And the bandagement FB- that should have been something Khushi remembered off her own as soon as he mentioned it without him having to outline it. Chhodo yeh na socho...

As the naach gana starts the dashing groom is content to ogle his biwi from the sidelines while keeping a watchful eye on his Di. And then he can't seem to get enough of his biwi so almost as if in a trance pulls her out of the family circus for some alone time by the poolside

Loved how he says I just wanted to look at you coz I won't be able to after the haldi. Awww Arnav, biwi is so right. For someone who didn't speak much you sure are rendering her speechless these days😳
The kisses that follow as Khushi rattles of interrupters names with increasingly feeble protests- sweet. Amanji ka phone seemed like a tongue in cheek jab at the audience and expectations of a Diwali 360. That one manages to flummox even a determined to move to next base ASR and the almost tradition continues...

BS and SI were fabulous today as the deliriously in love Jodi who can't wait to get married. And today Khushi looked like she actually didn't mind the kisses- serious progress there. Now if only Arnav went back to smirks instead of smiles everything would be peaches and cream

Garima managed to give the slip yet again to Dadi? Although this keeps me on the winning side in the sharth, CVs can we have a more solid reason for why she isn't around. Today was rather lame.😕And a shaadi without Bauji and/or Mamaji- tell me this ain't happening!

Daiyya Ho watching everything- good job with keeping him in the background CVs! Nice distance from the merry proceedings and yet close enough to serve as a reminder of the impending drama.

100 ways to ruin a romantic moment? That book is probably in its 2nd print run already ASR. Just ask fandom...😆

What an episode. Full mushfest from start to finish. I like Mushi-ness. The mush is increasing every day. Lage raho Cvs.

Dimaag is going through severe load shedding tonight. So batti is fused and post is rubbish. Skip if you have to.

We start from "hum aap hi ke hain, lekin..." and the duo are still staring at each other even after 72 hours. Kitna stare-a-Ve karte hai yeh dono. Uff.😆

Next buaji and Anjali di are gupshuping on ways to get chotte to wear a raksha dagga. But chotte will scream and shout and cry and stamp his feet but he will not wear a dhaaga. Chotte hears this and the brain gears begin to work.

Next Stoppy declares the raizada curfew and all the peeps leave. Till chotte comes back because he left his phone on the table (You did? When did you take it out chotte?Liar Liar no pants on fire because you won't get any new ones if they do)

He hears Chotti tell Buaji about him not wanting to wear a dhaaga and find out Chotti got slapped because she was defending him.

So Chotti gives him his phone and tells him bye. Chotti is now taking english lessons.

Next raat time. Chotte misses Chotti and decides to call her but then realises she must be practicing taekwondo.

But on the other side Chotti realised her LG is hotter than Salmanji and decides to cover his mugshot with Swami's face.

And then some telepathic skyping via the moon and Chotti makes chotte smile.

Next morning its roka day and Chotti turns up in, is it the mauritian flag? The south african flag or the colours of IF??

But does she look pretty or what though!

Chotte also appears in his shiny grey suit that he wore during Grahpravesh Cvs think they can distract us from the recycled suit by giving us an awesome cravat. Uh No. But our leads are perfection itself so Maaf kiya for now.

Next we have the Roka ceremony and more important things first. The baby is alive. The bump exists now. Hallelujah!

Chotte and Chotti pehna each other rings, chotte gets a dhaaga and and Chotti becomes happy and to make it more perfect Chotte remember the bandagement.

And just when it couldn't get any better they play mohabbatein. Sirf Veeps ke liye.😆

And to make it even more perfect Chotte steals chotti and complete not one or 2 but 3 pappis and goes in for a fourth till Aman makes himself known.

And all the Aane do's and stuff and we all melt into a puddle of goo.😳

Hence the load shedded brain and the incoherency to make a logical post.

Once upon a time, in the land of idiotdom there was a prince who was deeply misunderstood. He was permanently cursed to never say the right thing at the right time. The three witches ego, self-indulgence and cockiness casted a spell on the prince, reducing the distance between his brain and mouth to a mere few inches. His words caused some major harm but everything was forgiven in the end because he was you know, a prince, good at heart and the most docile and superior creature in the idiotdom! and what a Prince he is! 😍

What can I say about GH! he uses all the right words and so many of them that I have nothing to say but I shall try. The man works hard yo! At the tender age of 31, he has so many earth-shattering, out of this world shows under his belt. I for the life of me can't acquire enough talent to make acchar sound so interesting and thought-provoking, can you? Neither can anyone ever make magic with words like 'Mom' and 'Gopi Vahu'. The thought process that goes into understanding the insides of Gopi's brain is just mind-blowing. 'Main chatni pees laiti hoon' - such profound words and so needed to be heard by the audience. To create Kanha-ji's mandir a revolving door for Gopi, to have her cry infront of him everyday for 90% of the episode takes a different level of understanding. This is the man GH! he cares about his audience. He cares about his characters! Wow.. TAKE A BOW! 😍

Apparently, he has another show something called 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?', I don't know I never understood the craziness behind this show. So WHAT if the show has the hottest leads in all of the Tellyland? SO WHAT if the leads are able to create raw passion, love and magic on screen, SO WHAT? They are actors, they are not talented, they only do what they are told so script is the king! It is the writing that makes that show. YES! my man GH makes that show. If he hadn't thought about 'Aap bhi Na!' would the show go anywhere? NO. The show went through some of its best times during one of the leads' absence (how dare he leave? *gasp*), the artistry, that involved in creating a kidnapping track that kept the show running AND provided educational anecdotes, is indescribable. What other show has given first hand lessons in the use of portable storage drives, passwords and surveillance cameras? What other show has the antagonist using cutting-edge methods for the kill? Scorpion, ether - who can incorporate nature in such a way? Only GH can. I really don't understand how 'poor' Barun or 'poor' Sanaya can take any of the credit. When they are on the screen, my eyes are closed and I am only listening to the words of the awesome GH! When he said the team (minus Barun and Sanaya) put out a movie every week, he wasn't kidding! anyone can come up with originality but it takes creativity to add the Bollywood charm to a tv show! 'Epics' like DDLJ scenes are so tough to copy err..recreate in Tellyland but boy! did GH create magic! I couldn't care less about the leads, I was just listening to the sweet words.. 'Aane Do', sigh! GH, you make my heart melt. 😍 Who can forget the genius behind the incorporation of history, nature and everything-that-goes-in-the-universe into this meager show! At any given point in the episode, you will hear and see references to nature, mythology, science, technology, symbolism, everything! Now that is screenplay. If you ever thought you had your mythology straight, think again! the clever writing of GH will make you re-think Arjun who? Samjhay ya samjhaoon? GH - TAKE A BOW! 😍

Speaking of mythology, the prince due to his curse is trapped in a chakarvuyh, viciously created by the mid-life crisis stricken women who can't even spell 'kostins'. Such a ghor kalyug to accuse the man of something which he has no control over! Again at the nazuk age of 31, GH is leaps and bound ahead of the rest of the planet. He is into social service, really cares about the audience and wants to dictate their choices! Ooohh... I like a man in-charge! He makes me gush! 😍 Just to have him tell me what I should or shouldn't watch in my spare time is just music to my ears. I was wasting precious time and brain cells over useless IPKKND until he introduced me to Satyamev Jayate! What a kind soul!! I don't deserve 20 mins of morance and steaming chemistry everyday BUT I should watch an hour every Sunday to get in touch with the real world because I live in a bubble! THANK YOU GH! You opened my ears with your words. It doesn't end there, his words of wisdom 'dekhna hai to dekho' have the effect on me which Plato's Republic failed to create! GH made me see my remote in a new light, never had I thought such an inanimate object can trigger such deep emotions. I even went to the store and bought batteries for it, to give it life! Oh the things I do for you GH - but you totally deserve it.TAKE A BOW!

Audience can't even begin to comprehend the effort and hard work that GH puts day in and day out. He is driving the car on IPKKND but the roads are bumpy! He is an excellent driver and he can NEVER make a mistake so why is it his fault that the roads have SP sized pot holes! He is a Forumla 1 driver, it doesn't matter if you give him a Chevy at 7pm or a Ferrari at 8pm, his driving is what wins the TRP race, start to finish in all 2.5 for the last month! Beat that!

Someone once asked him: As a person how much do you believe in the phrase "Nafrat paas aane na de, Mohabbat door jaane na de "

He responded: "Totally. It's so romantic. Imagine being attracted to someone whose face you don't want to see. You cant get that person off your head. Worse, such opposites, she's full of life, he's reserved, she believes in God, he is an atheist, she loves jalebis, he is a diabetic. Aah, I love them more again!"

Aww.. GH! Aap bhi Na! Call me. 😍❤️

In the end I leave you with some more gems of wisdom from the man himself:

criticism v can take. Non sense vcan't. There is more hormonal imbalance here than with Anjali coz of pregnancy
exactly! Now only if I could draw an arrow leading you to my tweet about no more justifications :-)

I say the woman got what she deserved for trying to make a logical argument and saving the Prince from virtual death. What she didn't know was he is the prince, he can block her ass with just one-click and so he did rightfully so! Ab aaya na truck pull kay neechay.. GH is a free willy err will and he can shoot anything, anywhere, anytime he wants. Bas.

Disclaimer: This post is dedicated to the SGs, my only reason for wasting time on the internet when I should be doing something productive. Any references to any person living are NOT coincidental, unfortunately that was the whole point of this jurmana. I would like to thank Twitter and Rangmunch for preserving the gems that would have otherwise gotten buried in the cyber sea.
