Arnav was 14 at that time and Anjali atleast 18 (or she would have been a child bride). If the father had an illicit affair and the whole household was talking about woh aurat, then there is a possibility these 2 would have seen the said person? That would rule out Garima.

I wonder if it had anything to with an affair at all? Nayi soch? 🤔
