Dunno if someone has made this post already but will post my opinion anyways 😊
The reason they haven't introduced garima to dadi is because maybe dadi will recognize her and shashi is just an excuse to keep garima away.
(I was re-watching the starting episodes and garima seems very scared of a tainted reputation as if she had to bear a very painful past full of humiliation)
so now coming to the main point I think just after the wedding or during the wedding dadi will spot garima and the whole saga of the past maybe revealed partially IMO
or
dadi will find out around that time that Khushi is adopted and push people around to know her identity then we can expect some drama probably.
