She probably does not realize that Khushi has also gone through a lot lately because her brain is DEAD...she believes she has been wronged...and does not want to get out of her shell and wants protection all the time from everyone.

Seriously?!! How? A woman's life's been turned upside down and guess what it aint even her fault and can't she even grieve?? You want her to be happy and forget everything just in a snap? This is not a comparison of what Khushi and Anji have been through. Everyone is made differently and Anji, as shown to us since the beginning, how emotionally dependent she is. She's going through a lot, just give her some time.

Yes, Anjali is a weaker and more self-pitying character than Khushi, and while she should have read the warning signs of Shyam's betrayal much before it came out, doesn't Khushi, Payal, and Arnav also share some blame? They kept the secret from her for such a stupid reason. Why would they want Anjali to be with Shyam despite him being a cheat? Their reasoning was totally wrong so I think they too share partial blame.
Anjali's character annoys me sometimes too, because she's so dependent on others to the point of ridiculousness, but during yesterday's episode my pity when out to her because from her POV alone, she lost a lot because of Khushi, though we all know Khushi isn't at fault.

I completely agree that they should have told Anjali everything. (It is a difficult thing to do, cos I have been the message-bearer to one of my friends about just such a cheating, and despite my best efforts, our friendship suffered.) But they ought to have told her, cos truth would be out, no matter what-- though seeing how much of a denial she is in now, I'm unsure she would have believed any of them-- she perhaps would have spiraled into denial even then.

I had a lot of sympathy for Anjali before, but yesterday she crossed a line by intruding on her married brother's privacy. Yes, she needs her brother's support, but she needs to learn certain boundaries. If she thinks Arnav intruding on her marriage by throwing her husband out was unfair, she should have walked out with the husband, or challenged Arnav. I would have respected her more.

^^I don't necessarily would have been satisfied had she walked out with her husband, because that would have proved that she's a weak character who just can't accept that her husband is a jerk, and I'm fine with her staying in the Raizada house since Shyam never did provide her with another home, but I agree that she needs to realize her brother, as a married man, has duties of his own towards his wife, but I think currently it's hard for her to realize that because it's only been two days since Shyam was thrown out. She hasn't been given time to move on.

I agree. There is no need to compare Khushi and Anjali's problems because they both are different types of women. Khushi is stronger in comparison, but even she's been allowed to cry by viewers in many situations so I wonder why people are so heartless towards Anjali when she's grieving. She's pregnant and is going to be a single mom. The husband who supposedly loved her for 3-4 years is suddenly blamed with infidelity and is gone from her life. What kind of women wouldn't cry?
I agree that weepy women who cry for every other reason in are annoying to deal with, and Anjali has been annoying at times, but in the present track I think she has a right to cry. To not cry in such a situation is actually not mentally healthy, because that would mean she's keeping her emotions bottled up which is not at all good. People, both men and women, need to cry when they're in real distress and have suffered something awful, because then their emotions are not piling up inside, which would then cause them to explode one day and do something they'll later regret.
