Dear Creative Team,
This is not a bruise that can be "kissed" better. It's a gash. In the story line. And it's needs super creative intervention. I don't think a "cheeky" kiss will hold this flimsy track together.
If the kiss was to show that ASR never loses a bet and gets what he wants...it required 60 minutes of thinking & collective analysis on the part of the audience to get it. It shouldn't be so.
If the kiss was to infuse a romantic moment to draw in the audience...I am sorry, the precap yesterday did nothing to suggest any romance today. Those audiences that needed drawing in were probably not around to watch it.
And besides, that kind of romantic gesture, in the living room, of the gupta mansion, with the front door open?? Seriously??? As if the HUT-ke romance with a body double and the epic hug of last week with major gleekawat were not sore enough.
Please know...introduced separately, both the ArHi track and the Anjali angle have potential to draw in audiences, but this parallel processing is being handled very flimsily.
And this is from the part of the audience who cares about the show, its future and your bread and butter. We will be the first to give you glory (which we did up until February), but if we have the right to give you the glory, we reserve the privilege to give you feedback (some say criticism).
