hey friends, though i am a vet on india-forums, and might seem new to this forum, but i have always been a silent reader of many wonderful posts posted by some great minds and writers on this forum. So first of all, my dear firends, please accpect by heartiest WELL DONE !!! đđđđ
Now coming to Arnav, I agree with one thing without any doubts; Arnav's craziness for his sister. But before i pass any judgement i have to know about their past. About what happened in the past of these brother and sister that made anjali sooo vulnerable and Arnav soo protectine and hard as a rock.
Till now, all i know and i might have perceived it wrong, Arnav's mom died, may be a suicide, or someone pushed her, God knows. And also that anjali's marriage was called off, and than i dont know what happened. how Arnav managed to do what he did with the raizada business, how he managed to care for his Di. But one thing is for sure, he did do a lot for his Di, his Nani, his Mami and mama, his brother Aakash, and in the process of becoming the big daddy of the house, he lost that one major trait that makes a person loveable, to be sensitive. Not that he is not sensitive, he is very very sensitive towards his sister, but thats pretty much all about his sensitivity. we have seen him getting mad at everyone else, losing his sensitivity to everyone, except di.
The side of Arnav that I see when he is with his Di is a complete contradiction to his personality in front of everyone else. even Khushi!!!
Now coming to the point, Arnav's attitude towards Khushi.
- she entered his life one night, spoiled his whole show, and made him mad as crazy. Arnav thought she was someone sent by the rivals and his protective/agressive mode activated and he behaved with her the way he did.
- time passed and she entered his life again, this time challenging him for everything he was made of; harshness, rudeness, arrogance, stubborness, and all the synonyms of the above four words :) and he once again entered his controlling and who-the-hell-are-you mode, making her life miserable.
- he threw her out of the job thinking this time around she is gone for good, but she came back again, this time straight to his house, that to brought by his Goddess DI ... and this time around his helplessness was unmearsuable. we all know why ... yes u r right, DI... :)
- he still fought with her, challeneged her at everey step, poked her, hurt her all along. but why was he doing that? does he behave like this with everyone? or was it specially khushi in front of whom he loved to show his monstorous side. The beast was trying to hurt the beauty, but in the process her fell for her. she was a perfect contrast to his persoanlity and that irritated him to the Max, but her kindness, her sweetness, and her determination wooed him.
- In those days when he was falling for her, we saw a sensitive side of Arnav but not complete. Why? because he is not built that way. life has taken away a lot from him, and different people become diiferent in same situations. Khushi lost her parents but found payal and her paretns to love and cherish, but all Arnav had was his Di, who was also totally dependant on him.
- and just when he was about to confess his love for her, he faced another blow, this time on his heart, on his soul, on his love. he couldnt handle it.
- everytime he has had a blow from destiny, he has taken control over things and trained himself that I CAN HANDLE THIS. i dont need anyones help. I WILL HANDLE THIS. and so this time around he made the gracest mistake of his life, forcing her to marry him for the blind love of his Di. When we all thought he should have asked khushi atleast once, he never did, instead he took charge of his and Di's life again. as always. Why he didnt think about Khushi, because he was not built that way, his brains never worked that way. he was just beginning to trust her, but he thought she broke his trust, and that was it for the lard governor to return to his shell and enter his protective and agressive and insensitive mode.
- and than started another series of insensitive gesture, till he was kidnapped and saw how she tried to save him and what all she did for him. and then all the love he has pending in his heart for her came out like a flowing river which engulfed both his amd her, and they shared some beautiful moments of trust, togetherness and sensitivity.
- that was the time when i saw the same care in arnav's eyes for khushi as i used to see for Di. But than Di's suicide attempt shook him to his core. how could he tolerate this kind of mental state and condition of the one person he has love and cared for alll his life. he was bound to make a mistake, and that he did. after listening to Di's blabbering, he came and vent ed his anger or shall i say frustration on Khushi. What he said to her that night were not his but Di's words and it was not strange. he has never learned to love khushi more than Di, for that he needs time, which he never got. and so once again his blind love for Di played its part and he made a mistake.
- but as he realized it he came back to her, said sorry, tried to make it right, but it was too late. khushi had backed out by then. she doesnt want to hurt him or di anymore now that she heard arnav saying she is the reason for all this.
- and now he is trying to win her back, and that made him go back in his controlling mode, where he thinks I CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. he will take time to realize that the essence of love is submission. the day he will submit his whole being to his love, that day he was win her back, not before that. but who will explain this to Arnav. he has never expereinced that kind of love, and only time can make him realize that and may be seperation from Khushi, which the creatives and heading to.
Amidst all this, the one thing that bothers me the most is that he is letting Mami and Akaash behave like this with Khushi. I think Mami needs a BIG SHUTUP call from Arnav and Akaash needs a good talking from arnav. The way arnav told the story to nani and cleared her doubts he should do the same with mami and aakash.
but i also have to say, Khushi showed once again she is silly by not mamanging to keep one saboot of everything that happened. that is just silly. every Nk, he messed it up too, Strange.
Anjali has loved her husband like God and she trust him like crazy. So in order to make her believe shaym was wrong she needed a solid proof, and khushi failed to provide any. and also the fact that Arnav is just believe in khushi's word, this shows his trust in khushi, otherwise arnav nvere saw sham during his kidnap as well. so we have to give it to him that he trusts khushi's word with all his heart.
O my, i dont believe i wrote sooo much. i am sure no one has time to read all this, but i still had to write.
