I'll always be a die-hard fan of Rajesh Khanna:

Rajesh Khanna, one of the biggest superstars of Indian cinema passed away this morning. Remembering kaka is actress Smita Jaikar who played his wife in the Bollywood film 'Kyaa Dil Ne Kaha'.
"It is a great loss for the industry and I pray that his soul rests in peace. He was the first super star of Indian Cinema and every single girl of that era wanted to marry him. In fact I never thought that I will get a chance to work with him but that luckily happened" says Smita.
Rajesh Khanna, fondly remembered as Kaka, was known for his romantic films and his sheer presence on screen would drive fans crazy. "His charisma was unbelievable and it can't be expressed in words. He had an amazing fan following and I never ever witnessed that fan following for any other superstar."
Smita who shared screen space with Kaka in 'Kyaa Dil Ne Kaha' further adds, "Not many people know this but Kaka and my school was in the same lane. He studied in St. Sebastian's Goan High School in Girgaum and our girl's school was in the same lane. Though he was much senior to me but I used to just feel proud to say that the superstar of that era studied in the same lane. I remember once when I was growing up I went to watch his shooting. I especially got dressed up as I was visiting the sets. I simply admire him and I will always be a die-hard fan of Rajesh Khanna."
