according to CFC rules it's not necessary that the one who starts the FC should open the second one too..

if she is inactive in I-F then even you can start..

but we usually dont prefer because the FC starter may have planned the thread in advance like avis, signatures and write ups.. and we dont want that to go in waste,.

anyways let's wait for such because she told me that she has planned the second thread.
