How insightful...perhaps she will realize that TJS actually loved her more than his wife...and when she realizes this and that he was not brave enough to be with her...perhaps then will she understand TVS and that is when she will help Sugni and TVS reunite...And you thought you were not a good writerđOriginally posted by: hillydee
Laila Great Post!!
I never knew it was possible for me to love a negative character. I always felt that if someone lies to you, you should let them go.I know Vikram should have told the truth, but I still have so much compassion for him, because I see nothing but love for Sugni.I keep thinking, love is supposed to be a bunch of things and honesty is one, but is there a straight and clear road for the Journey of love? Aren't we allowed mistakes and to be forgiven? I am not saying Vikram should be let off the hook easily, because there are consequences to not being honest, but should he be doomed forever? Are we right in Judging him so harshly? Even Gulabiya, never led a perfect life, no matter what the culture, she was a paid mistress to a married man and had a child with him, the biggest insult to any wife. Not because Gulabiya sees the errors of her life, does not mean she should so quickly judge Vikram without even hearing him out.As I maintain always, Vikram must suffer somewhat for not being honest, but I don't think he deserves a permanent one.Just my two cents.
