British Indian actress, Katrina Kaif, has just completed her final schedule for Ek Tha Tiger in Bangkok which co-stars her opposite ex-boyfriend, Salman Khan. Kaif then moved along to her next prospective shoot for Dhoom 3 which is taking place in Los Angeles, and is seen working with leading film actor, Aamir Khan. However, it seems that her presence on the set is noticeably absent of peace and mind.

While in Bangkok, it has been deduced that the actress was highly distressed from seeing ex-beau Khan's health deteriorating painfully before her eyes. Though Khan has previously declared that his condition requires an urgent surgery, he has since treated this detail with a light approach and only announced his diagnosis back in August 2011, when he acquainted fans with his neuropathic disorder and further explained that he had quietly suffered from Trigeminal Neuralgia for seven long years. It is a severe disorder that demands vast attention during early stages, and if left for too long, it can become difficult to reverse the neural pathways that inflict the pain. As difficult it is to control, measurable possibilities to tame the pain are available via selected treatments. Trigeminal Neuralgia is widely recognized as 'The Suicide Disease' which is triggered from the excruciating pain one undergoes when sadly diagnosed with - it is considered among the most painful conditions known to mankind where intolerable pain infects common lifestyles and usually attacks one side of the face with burning, crushing, stabbing and exploding-like sensations that make simple tasks difficult such as chewing, talking and even shaving, which are similarly the symptoms recent reports have indicated of Khan to be suffering on an immense scale.

Alongside Kaif, Khan's family is noticing these symptoms taking course and is extensively worried for him; they insisted that the Dabangg star fly to the States to undergo surgery prior to Kaif's continuous calls to Khan's father, Salim Khan. She often revealed to his father in Mumbai of her grief after she persistently fed Khan his meals when he was unable to do so himself due to his ongoing pain for which he was prescribed incredibly high doses of antibiotics to get by each day. However, when Kaif's sudden outburst of tears unleashed, the actress scarcely found it bearable to watch Khan battle this anguish day after day.

Upon hearing of Kaif's deep concerns, Khan was considerably touched and was said to have joked her worries off by asking her to find him a girl just like her for marriage! Unfortunately, for Khan though, Kaif wasn't terribly amused and feared for his operation, which contains high risk and isn't recommended unless medical treatment is unsuccessful. Should things go surgically wrong, Khan will be exposed to the danger of slipping into a coma, which makes Kaif's concern completely understandable.
