there's also one other thing I want to say and that is that kunal, (thanks to IF, FB, twitter etc) is well aware of what fans feel, and I think this is a factor also at play here. he's got these fans after yrs of struggle and from his interviews one knows that he is humbled and overawed by this. and he doesn't want to let us down. if he can help it in any way, any way at all, he will not let us down. that is also evident the way he plays mohan .. and jzee, that's also part of the honesty, I guess.

You're always most welcome Shabbnam 🤗 just maybe the occasion will so unfold that you will find reason to become a regular here - yeh, looks like a dim chance, but sochne mein kyaa jaata hai 😆 Given that I don't want to confront what if otherwise - even if I KNOW all about it, I might as well fuel my fancy while I can!
Anyway - wanted to say something about what you mentioned above. While I'm sure Kunal is in complete awareness of the onus he carries on literally every front - the audience and fans included - I still say what I did before. What's really floating his boat amidst all sinking tankers is to me the fact that if he can and for however long and much it will take - he will not let himself down. As long as he can stick that I think it covers being honest and true to any other expectations from any other quarters. I remember saying this somewhere else, but the beauty of the artist he comes of as, is that he strives each day to become more of himself... and then somehow, every thing else just falls in place! And it makes sense that a motivation like THAT would lend a purpose that cannot be extinguished or become obligatory at any level... It's the most fundamentally confronting expectation to face for an individual - something most of us manage to inevitably overstep and overlook!
I could be entirely off mark of course - but that's just the Kunal I see in him. And I'd be happy to hold onto the perception to the end! Because in my head that makes him the kind of artist I would really look up to for everything that involves being an artist!
