Baby ki koyi galti nahin. it would be stupid to show that track. Baby Anj is shown to have extremely insecure, needy and clingy character.. I think that's just her first reaction.. Maybe she does know at some level that Shyamu is not worth her devotion but is having a hard time admitting this to herself.

Remember when she got all suspicious when she saw Khushi's ring and said.."arre..yeh to inki choice hai" and any incidents since then. I am hoping, after the initial shock is over .. she will reflect on all those moments and figure this out herself..
